We were looking for two office chairs on castors. The range of products was excellent. We chose wo chairs for comfort in vinyl. They are extremely comfortable and were easy to assemble with clear instructions and a complete range of parts. They were very competitively priced representing excellent value for money. No Customer Service on Deliveries – Went to FF for the first time on 11/3/24, to look at a bed for the spare room in my new home, found one I liked and said I didn’t need it for 3 weeks when I moved in, was told the mattress was not in stock and when ordered will take about 6 weeks to come in, perfect, so I paid in full knowing that was one less thing I had to think about with my… Read more

move. Three days after payment the same sales person phoned me and said good news, my mattress was in and could they arrange immediate delivery! I said no I am not living there, still a building site as discussed when I purchased it! Apparently they have a strict delivery within 7 days policy, they would not keep it in their stock for the extra 2 weeks, good grief, how ridiculous! My printed receipt even states delivery to store mid to late April 2024. So the outcome was to cancel my order and reorder the same thing again and it would take at least 3 weeks to come in, OK whatever works, so stupid to do business this way, I am expecting the same phone call and same conversation when my reordered bed is in stock again earlier than quoted and they won’t hold it a few extra days before delivery. Will wait and see what happens, not feeling confident that the same thing will not happen again, I felt like I was talking to a brick wall.

Update: The same thing happened again, 19/3 I received another call 4 days after reorder that stock has arrived in store, I thought here we go again, but this time delivery was booked for 2/4 as previously requested and ordered. Thankyou.

Poor Service – As a long term customer of Fantastic Furniture, I was disappointed with the service I received 3/09/2020. Wanted to spend several hundred dollars on a rug but was told the rug would need to be ordered in. Wait time was quoted at ten to twelve weeks! No other options were offered to me and the sales person would not check to see if the rug was available in another store. Really disappointed so spent money elsewhere. Show details

Really disappointed - no communication! – Really disappointed with the service from this store! We had to wait longer than the time period stated by the store for a standard couch I ordered and there was no communication from the store that it was going to be late. store policy” to ring a customer when their orders will be late. Also, when purchasing the couch, they charged me the full amount for the couch instead of the 20% deposit we were told was necessary.

Exactly what I needed for my office sewing room combined – The staff were very helpful. I chose a different colour to the white and when I unpacked one piece I could see it didn’t match my carpet. I contacted Fantastic and I could exchange for the white. No trouble at all. Show details ·  1
