Helpful staff at Fantastic! – I purchased a ‘mattress in a box’. Less than $200 it is a great mattress for my spare bed. The staff member was incredibly helpful and gave me good advice when I was unsure which mattress to buy (there’s lots!) There’s plenty of parking right out the front of the store and I then collected the box at the back of the store, this was easy, and again a very helpful staff member loaded it into my car for me. Show details ·  1

Tuesday. By Friday he still hasn’t bothered to call. My husband went in Friday and the manager refused to come out and talk to him. It’s literally the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

Poor at best – 8000 dollar order. Not told everything was available especially the beds. Ordered on the 9th March,only to find out the beds weren't available till late May. 11th of April..now it's the 21st of April. Absolutely nowhere near good enough especially when the excuse is the trucks not full to leave Sydney. NO..if my lounge is ready then deliver it!! Just excuse after excuse with this company but no accountability. The last piece was absolute latest the last week of April. Now that's at least the second week of May. WHY????

Worst experience – Ordered a couch in April 2021. It arrived faulty. Waited 12 months for a replacement. Supposed to arrive today, it’s now 9pm & it still hasn’t arrived. Great value – The Frankie chairs are really comfortable and are a real bargain. The store staff were all happy and helpful. Assisted me getting the goods into the car and once home I had no trouble assembling. them, been waiting months for the sms to book, have to jump up and down till manager at store magically book it in, and bribe me with a giftcard. Still no contact from customer care-less managers [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] You Can't ring the head office number, googled it, rung it, disconnected.!!!!!!!!!!!!! patient to wait and let go of the first 2 mistakes that were made by the store staff and lack of communication, the 3rd time was the last straw! The delivery of the remaining furniture was booked to deliver on certain date, and when the delivery arrived, there was stock missing. I called the store again, and I spoke to the same person who organised the delivery; he said that there is currently no stock. Although, I spoke to him a few days earlier to confirm there was stock for Delivery. So how could the no stock situation happen?? That means that our order must have been delivered to another customer. I would not recommend this service to anyone! Unless you're willing to wait for your furniture in unlimited timeline.

husbands, I did give my name. The next morning when I went to pick up the bed they refused to give it to me because they claimed my husband purchased it. They also refused to give me a refund and advised me if I entered the store and tried to get a refund they would call the police and have me charged with trying to obtain by deception. They said this even though I had the credit card the purchase was made with and My ID. During this time without my knowledge they had called my husband. He advised them he had not purchased a bed and knew nothing of it, he advised if she said she purchased it they should to give me the bed. Even after speaking to my husband they would not give me the bed or the money back, they did when I asked give me their customer service number which I rang. After a few phone calls and emails they advised me they would arrange for a refund to be given to me. It is 2 months later and I have called and emailed them every week, but they still have not returned my money. Every time they say they get back to me but do not, so I have to contact them again. I ask them if I stole something from them they would have me charged. Why can I not get them charged because they took my money, then when they refused to give me my goods, I asked for my money back. For 2 months I have suffered much time and pain trying to get my money back which they failed to do. I can not believe a retailer can behave like this.

As the title suggest.. FANTASTIC!!! – We were very happy with our 2 Seater recliners! They were easy to assemble but most importantly very comfortable!!
