For the second time – First visit to the shop a couple of years ago now, found screws in a pile next to dining suite. Chair seat was close to falling off. Service poor, once we actually got it. Norman store, but there is a certain standard that must be expected. After the first salesperson serviced us perfectly well, we wanted time on our own to keep looking. Second salesperson approached and wouldn't leave us alone. She was aware that we had already been serviced by the other salesperson for sometime, but didn't care she was possibly taking a sale from them. Happy team?? Personally I wouldn't have let it happen anyway!

weeks later for pick up, got the email saying it's ready, no dramas, went there, gave the order number as requested, well, it wasn't in his system, but did everything to organise and picked all stock and helped me load it into the back of my wife's car, guy was very polite and apologetic for something out of his control... Great, got it home and being a flat pack, (which I'm great at) the instructions were well, not exactly easy to read, and think it was over thought of with the design and how to put together, surely it's not that hard to make things simple, IKEA makes it simple... But got it together after having to get my own tools on it, but it does what it's ment to do, and can't complain at all about the product... We were looking for a cheap and nasty single bed to fill an unused room and it does the job. Staff were brilliant

Friendly and helpful staff – Purchased a buffet online and received a follow up phone call from Nunawading showroom to arrange the delivery the very next day. It was very efficient and convenient. Untrustworthy and no customer service. Cheap price but very poor quality – I ordered click and collect order for 6 dining chairs. I was given 1 used chair and it was obvious they already knew that 1 chair was used. I lodge a complain same day. return since my sister lives in Clyde. So I ask for atleast part refund for 1 chair. But they want to see the chair even though I already send photos of wear marks with my first complaint. I asked money back not because I want money but because I was so angry to see a used chair. I bought it from them because of cheap price. But if I wanted to buy a second hand chair I would have buy it from gumtree. Beware guys. Dont buy anything from these dropkicks. The quality of their products not even worth for the cheap price. I should mention the legs on all the chairs are not even on flat floor. It was my big mistake to buy chairs from this craphole.

Online order not fulfilled, no communication, time wasted – Bought a 6 seater table for click and collect that said in stock and ready in 60 minutes. waiting on the same product. Absolutely no communication prior to that. I understand when something is not in stock, but why should I chase that up in person? And why take my money online saying it is in stock? No compensation was given. How about delivering it from your Moorabbin store where it is in stock? If this review deters even one person from the store, it will be worth it. What’s the opposite of ‘fantastic’?

Great service, disgraceful delivery – Disgusted that I had my 3 seater and 2 seater couch delivered & left in my carport because they weren’t allowed inside my house.Government legislation allows delivery into the home,masks,1.5mtr distancing. Show details

They do not answer their phone – Tried to call so many times yesterday and today but when someone did pick up the phone it is a call centre. And not the store. Then I tried to order on line. Their delivery fee was ridiculous. The delivery fee more than the piece of furniture. Not impressed. Show details

Staff at Nunawading know their stuff – Went in to Nunawading to purchase a mattress. Staff were super helpful, one of the sales reps was explaining that it's not always best to rush straight for the high end product that for a mattress comfort is always going to come first so I should explore all options. mattress I did want but the process of ordering another was very quick and painless. Even though store was busy went I went in on a Sunday they still spent time with every customer. Very clear they know how to run a store. The delivery of my mattress went great too.

Great bookcase with glass doors - perfect to house books without collecting dust – I knew the Koby bookcase with glass doors, replacing the similar Lynx model already purchased was in stock. On arrival at the store the sales consultant showed me the Koby bookcase assembled.
