time and assembly was easy, so it didn't take too long to re-set up our living conditions. Really pleased with what we bought.

Excellent quality at a very reasonable price – Came to Shepparton to specifically buy a bed in a box double mattress, as I drove into Town I noticed Fantastic Furniture were having a 20% off mattress sale! I was greeted immediately and I explained what I wanted, I was shown the stock that was available to take on the spot, I made my selection, paid, picked up and drove away within 10 mins! Looks like Drop Shipping – Ordered dining chairs in February . Told the chairs in Sydney and would be delivered at latest end March. Mid April not received then told might be end of April. Next told had to get chairs from Canberra, Finally arrived in May. Looks more like drop shipping as ordered desk chair on line and it came from Brisbane in 4 days. POOR SERVICE – I purchased a king mattress thats only an hour away, was told it would take 15+ days to arrive! You cant blame the world when the transport industry is not lacking! Recieved an email today (sunday) saying how is the items you just recieved! Nothing was delivered! Contacted the phone number provided and got a rude arrogant person pushing to end the phone call! Faulty Product – Disgusted at the service. swapping it over.. 1 Day before delivery Was asked to pay over $500 extra We had to wait nearlly 8 weeks Back then no money was mentioned. We were so damm angry as that is not what happened on the day.

Customer service and products have been excellent – Picked out items online, picked up some and had a few things delivered that weren't available as yet. Range was pretty extensive and accommodated varying tastes. Quality was decent, one item had a cracked leg but was promptly replaced via delivery free of charge. But Disappointed buffet – Store easy to navigate... great range. Qualitygood but ensemble of buffet was a nightmare. I put together myself ( I've done alot of flat packs in past so pretty good at doors) but this buffet was / is a total nightmare. I spent prob about 3 hrs just on trying to aline 2 doors. any better. So don't know how I'm going to make this work.middle door just won't adjust, if I do it then upset the right door which already was given me hell. I've tightened, moved, adjusted both doors so many times.. nothing works. So what do I do now?

Great value for money – There was a large range for us to choose from and the store was easy to get around. Our product was of an excellent quality. It did need some assembly but it was very easy. Fantastic fun fabulous staff – I had happy friendly enjoyable service ..yes i do have to wait for my product but all good things come to those who wait. Birthday surprise – Set up of store is easy to see everything. A great range of furniture. I'm happy with everything I purchased. I picked up 2 items that day and is still waiting to get all the larger items delivered to my home. Fast and easy to assemble. Excited to see how everything will look for my 6 year old.
