when things go wrong you only hurt innocent victims. And women need to understand that equality is actually equality. Men are not the enemy - they have feelings and can be embarrassed and feel afraid, just like women. This ongoing drama created by women with ego is just fueling an unnecessary war and is extremely unprofessional. Treat others as you would like to be treated! Spent an hour on the phone attempting to resolve the matter - waste of my time most of the time was on hold and got another woman, no access to management and no support - I was not important!

Aggressive staff member [Name Removed] – [Name Removed] is so rude she has no idea on the products she is selling and is very very aggressive towards customers and staff she definitely needs to be retrained on all parts of her job ASAP. Show details

Lives up to its name – Last year the trampoline-like matting under my storage sofa collapsed, and we have been sitting on MDF boards under the cushions ever since. claim strait away. This particular strap method has a 10 year warranty, and my sofa is 9 years old, and they are replacing it to its original value (a credit of 900 ish dollars) I wasn't expecting this and am so happy and grateful. I will only recommend FF for now on.

Poorly finished bunched up fabric & dirty mark – Very disappointing-0 customer service, they don’t answer the phone. 0 quality control, dirty marks str8 out of box and the poorly stretched fabric on both sofas looks AWFUL, so noticeable on each end panel. Annoying and Dishonest – Went to purchase a bunk bed for my grandkids. I chose Fantastic Furniture as there is a huge sign on the front of the building stating furniture always in stock. Guess what- no bunk beds in stock at all. Misleading at best and false advertising in my opinion.Dont advertise what you cannot deliver and don't blame Covid for no stock either, when plenty of other stores have stock available. Saturday - that's a two week wait. Asked to speak with the manager and was told I could not and that they'd have to ring me back. Did not receive a call from a manager. Went online and emailed their 'customer care' a week ago. Have still received no response. It's pretty bad when you try to use a business's complaint process and get absolutely no response. Ended up arranging for my son to be home on a weekday to receive the wardrobe. Will not be purchasing from this business again, despite previous purchases that we were relatively satisfied with.

Great service and amazing prices! – Bought a 2 and 3 seater sofa set and also an ottoman. Great quality for the value. The customer service rep was also helpful. Bought them 3 months back and they are very easy to maintain. Also bough dining chairs that are very comfortable to sit on and dine. The chair is at a perfect height to be able to eat. Disappointing – Bought the Hayman Dresser and am very disappointed with the quality. The assembly process was ridiculous with 25 time-consuming steps and although the dresser looks beautiful, the quality just isn’t there for the price we paid. child’s room (which is why I bought it) but I definitely wouldn’t put anything heavy in there. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this dresser - giving three stars as it is aesthetically nice and for the point below.

On a side note, one of the pieces was faulty and Fantastic were excellent at organising a fairly quick replacement part which was much appreciated.

distressing, I have paid my hard earned money for what I thought was a good deal but the sales staff refused to acknowledged her error putting in a 5 pieces dining set instead of 7. If one can not be honest, fair and truthful in small things how much more for the big things in life. The sales staff in Cannington will erode and eventually damage the reputation and integrity of Fantastic Furniture.

packing materials that the broken one came in as they ‘don’t collect rubbish’, even though it’s their rubbish?

Once they took my cash they just no longer cared. What was meant to be a simple experience of buying a $1699 bedroom suite with cash in November for a Christmas present, has turned into a nightmare of no bed till maybe mid January and a broken dresser before Christmas that couldn’t be sorted till the week after plus rubbish left at my house.

Don’t recommend at all unfortunately.
