We then drove around the back to the warehouse to collect our items, and although there were already 2 vehicles there, it wasn't a long wait. The warehouse term member who helped us was friendly and very efficient, and seemed to enjoy her job. The items we bought, the Carlotta 3 seater sofa and the Waverley coffee table, were easy to put together with 2 of us, and we're very happy with the look of them.

price. Then we called the store after a week to be told that a container had arrived but they didn’t have the staff to empty so it would be at least another week. With no further advice we called around and found another in stock at the Osbourne Park store so had to travel there to purchase then return to Joondalup to get a refund for the other. A lot of running around for $200 when we could have been given a more truthful explanation in the first place. We could have saved a lot of time and money being messed around. However the product was great and easy to assemble. Pays to shop around to ensure you get what you want when you need it.
Follow-up · I don’t understand why I would get sent this email. The above review was not addressed properly. After a few emails were sent back and forth, I was informed that it was going to be looked into but never heard back so what do you want me to tell you really what’s the point?

Bedhead disappointment – So disappointing to move my bedhead and find the material/paper lining the back has disintegrated. Cheap material didnt last 2 years. I will either have to discard the bed head or redo the backing with decent material. No sun exposure, nothing rubbing the back, just cheap papery stuff. So be careful what you buy. Show details

It's a winner – We purchased the Sleepscape Single Medium-Firm Mattress for our toddlers first big bed and its perfect. Just as is says medium-firm yet comfy for everyone. My partner received a text asking which day he’d like it delivered and from the available days he picked tomorrow 13/5/22 Today just 1 day out from delivery he receives a text asking which day next week we want our couch delivered Thursday or Friday. Whole experience amazing – I was looking for a floor rug and there it was on display by front door. The sales assistant helped and indicated where larger rugs were.
