days I was not at work (weekends) Replacement table is perfect. Great condition and looks great. Items were fairly easy to assemble. Beautiful furniture at a reasonable price. Will definitely continue to shop at Fantastic Furniture.

Happy – Very happy with our purchase. Went in to buy a bed for guest bedroom, selected one that was in stock, picked it up from loading bay and was able to assemble it quite easily. Not Helpful! – Got greeted, but after looking and asking for help the lady didn’t seem interested at all. We were trying to ask her questions, but no help, no advice, worst customer service. We left and went to Amart and the lady was so helpful with ideas and suggestions. You would think going into a furniture shop the employees would be happy to help with ideas.
AWFUL DELIVERY (LACK OF) SERVICE – 0 stars, I am BEYOND FURIOUS. My order was due to be delivered today between 3:45-5:45pm. Was advised on tracking that delivery was 5 minutes away and due to awkwardness of location (I'm in a complex) I decided to go out to meet the delivery truck. Great at first – Don't get me wrong, the couch was comfortable and I was happy with the choices of colour and the service I received in-store, however the cushions have completely sagged and the seats are now permanently dented from the cheap foam used. couches I wanted were not in the pre-christmas stores. So I changed the couches to a different style. I was told by the store team thsy would be i pre-Christmas. HA guess what? No there were no pre-christsmas store stor arrivals after I paid my deposit, but was told that the couches I wanted would arrive on the 1st of January. HA guess what, they didn't. Then I was told that they would be arriving on the 27th January. HA gues what, they still have not arrived and no-oe has contacted me. So I contact customer services for help. After waiting for 1 hour for them to answer the call, all the service guy asked was for the order number. Then told me they were in a warehouse. He asked was there anything else and hung up on me. What the hell is happening to retail and customer service because Perth has none!
Follow-up · Well not so fantastic strikes again. They delivered one of two sofa's because they lost the two seater which was delivered two weeks later. The did not unpack the sofa's or take the rubbish away, just drop and leave. Poor show!

Bought a double bed headboard and frame online from Fantastic Furniture. Photos and details were true to actual product when put together at home. Absolutely Worse Experience! Such Incompetence from Fantastic Furniture!! Will NEVER shop with them again – Ordered Frame and Mattress for my 15 yr old son. When In store I told her that I needed it by a certain date, she checked the pc and everything was in stock, that was a Friday. never told me about at the store. So then I had to change the frame that was in store to make sure I get it all together. Received a text message on the Thursday to say it all would be coming on Friday. So Thursday Afternoon my son and I get in his room take everything out and get rid of his bed. Friday morning we receive a text saying only part of my order will be delivered! The bed frame was the only thing to be delivered. So I get incontact with Fantastic Furniture only to find out that it was simply forgotten!! That it cannot be booked on for delivery for Saturday and deliveries aren’t done on Sunday or Monday! Also to be told u are at capacity for delivery on Saturday!! So here we are Tuesday, I get an email to say I can arrange delivery by contacting fantastic furniture. I hop online to find out only to be told I can’t get delivery until Friday (15th)!! U have got to be kidding!!! How incompetent can a company be. 1: You should have made it an absolute priority to have that mattress out to us by Saturday, if not Saturday then today (12/7) 2: Fantastic Furniture SHOULD be the ones to contact me to let me know what is happening not me contact u to arrange delivery!!! U have failed big time. The mattress we purchased is over $1000.00 and u are prepared to lose that. One thing without a doubt is that u have lost us as customers. Bad Customer Service and Super Delayed Delivery!!! – I purchased in store on 6th Jan and promised to be delivered in two weeks time, which i did received a message to be delivered on 20th Jan, and I waited all afternoon for the delivery which never arrived!!! To add to my disappointment, some of the items were not available (due to railway damaged) so I waited two more months (Feb & Mar), and some of the items which they were going to deliver in Jan, apparently no longer available (may be sold to someone else and no one can tell me exactly what had happened to my order). Every time I rang the store a different person answer with a different story. Today I rang the store on 11th Apr (after i have not hard from anyone after 4 long moths!!!) they said the stocks were there already but couldn't give a reason why they were not scheduled to be delivered!!! All they care is that they got your money and they don't give a damn what happen after that!!! Will never ever buy from this store ever again !!!! I am yet to get me delivery.

Should have read the reviews first – The Sales Person in Midland was okay but as far as getting delivery or any help finding out about the item purchased they are rubbish. I only bought the item from there because they had it in stock and I needed it asap. It obviously takes a long time to come from the warehouse to the store for me to pick up. Show details

2 weeks in a row no show for delivery and with no communication – 2nd weekend in a row no show for delivery. Fantastic NOT. Called customer service number and they couldn’t even get hold of the drivers. Not waiting anymore and will be demanding a full refund. Bed Suite – I ordered a bed and a dresser, was informed the dresser was not available yet and I hate to wait, worker had no idea when it would be in. No communication from fantastic furniture for two months until I got a text to say it was in. Would of appreciated a bit more communication, like it’s on its way it’ll be here in how ever many days. Terrible customer service – I bought a Tallboy from Fantastic Furniture Midland and had problems with the runner. The runner I was supplied did not screw into the runners. Disappointed, no customer service – The staff at the midland store are definitely not passionate at all. Absolutely no customer service. It has put me off buying from this store.
