Flimsy furniture, don’t follow through with warranty and ignore emails. Horrible customer service
Furniture is flimsy, chairs broken just from sitting on them (around 60kgs) they ignore emails when wanting refund of the whole set. Don’t shop here.. save a bit more and get quality furniture, will last a lot long then this crap
Poor customer service
Not happy at all its been 2 month waiting for the product hasnt been received it yet. Poor poor customer service.. Staff product knowledge is zero.. Wouldn't recommend it.. As a business customer not happy at all...

Bad delivery experience and poor quality furniture from the exchange of the goods. The dining table got a rust on the metal bar, couldnt remove all the paper stuck to the legs, bar handle slightly an angle and one chair is rocky.
I would give no stars but HAD to put 1... Unhelpful and rude staff. Will take my business elsewhere. Staff were standing around chatting. Customers had to approach them then spoken to rudely. Sorry I interrupted your gossip session. Not a good look for the business
Unprofessional store service
It was not easy to find my ordered product. Following instructions on email I called to the store. Customer Service staff informed me to collect my product in their warehouse. Warehouse staff did nod find my product and told me to go to the shop. I was furious.
Great furniture / terrible delivery service
My son received a large delivery (Saturday 24th November) which he paid double delivery because of the size which was fine EXCEPT when the delivery arrived with only 15 minutes notice - there was no notification 2 hours prior as advised. The delivery men I hate to say it but were foreign brought the furniture inside after a lot of trying to tell them where to place the large items (beds, couch etc) while they were talking on there phones in a foreign language all the time. We were advised by Fantastic Furniture that the furniture would be unp...acked and the packing cardboard etc would be taken away for recycling. That did not happen. These guys were lazy and had no intention of doing anything other than get the furniture of the truck. Love Fantastic Furniture but would never have anything delivered by them again not until they change there delivery system. It lets you down really badly guys.
Disgusting Customer Service
We were originally told the couch would take 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 9. Have called the store several times. Told we would be contacted. No call back has ever been received. Even via email - stating that someone e would be in contact within 24 hrs. We have been lied to and still waiting on a call back and out couch. Shop elsewhere.
Affordable great buys
I purchased online and in store. Service was sooo good. A lady name Joanne was extra helpful and knew her products. Made it easy and fun to shop. Both my kids did full room makeovers. Building was easy and fun. Products so affordable and good quality. Will definitely be back to shop here in the future!
Avoid this company worst scammers ever
The worst experience ever. What a terrible company who doesn't give a damn. There CEO needs to get out of his office and see what is happening to its customers. Told our furniture was ready to be delivered but after we made payment the very next day was told stock was not available. We purchased stock to stage a home, made it very clear we only wanted to order stock that was available... Bunch of scammers. Don't buy from them.
Amazing customer service
I purchased a bed and mattress online for pickup, I was quite desperate to collect as I'd just moved to Perth from Sydney and the good I ordered were out of stock, but Julie who helped me was amazing and sourced alternative options and gave me a discount, I got the Havana bed and Sleepheaven mattress, very happy with the goods as well :)

Wait nearly 3.5 months for a table of a set
Made purchase in store in January. Expected delivery within a fortnight of purchase date. Went to collect, only received the chairs - no sign of the table. Allegedly reordered. I called up and my order had been ‘completed’ according to one person. It was reopened. 2 months later, over 15 calls to the shop to which every person said they would ‘check and call back in 30mins’ (I didn’t get one call back). Hopefully will get it within the next week (it is now 1/5/18)
Horrendous internal control and customer service.
I purchased online and within the hour received a message saying it was ready to collect. Once I got there it only took a few minutes for them to get it and put it in my car for me. Was so easy and the staff so helpful. The assembly it’s self was easy once I’d read the instructions.
