occasions the chair is "suddenly" not there and they offer to give you another chair for a similar price, that unfortunately weren't similar or suitable. The staff might as well be AI robots they were no more helpfull or caring than a computer. So I suggest to your management go there ASAP as you are paying for staff that do not know how to provide customer service or know what it is. They don't want to leave the safety of their computer screen then make eye contact, engage or serve. I'm now also thinking the website deliberately stays online with wrong information in order to get you to go to the store.
I recently bought a Havana 2 door wardrobe. Whilst in the beginning stages of building it, the wood panel broke apart. Love my new chairs – Love the colours, styles and prices. Some pieces feel so high end without the high end price tag. Our home is looking really nice. I'm basing the rest of my house off of the chairs I purchased at Fantastic Furniture. I'll be buying a bed next from Fantastic Furniture, then maybe a desk, I've already got everything picked out. delivered to my home address within a week. Yet the sofa didn’t arrive until the 18th of June after many, many calls. Once the sofa did arrive the cushions were significantly more firm than the demo in store, and they had not drilled any holes to screw the legs into. I will not be buying from them again and recommend you don’t either unless you can wait 6 months for something of low quality with poor communication from the store and false delivery promises every step of the way. If fantastic furniture actually was transparent with customers and themselves about delivery times (instead of saying 12-14 weeks on their website currently), which is totally untrue, then it may work in their favour by actually advertising a realistic product within a truthful timeframe.
