personal. Not only is it theft, it is a breach of the sales contract, and consumer law. I am considering a complaint to the ACCC so when it happens again, which I am certain it will, this person should not be in retail, or any customer facing role anywhere, maybe the business can be fined, and her conduct reviewed.

Do not shop at this scamming, thieving business, and if you do, have goods in sight before paying anything.

the box was too big. On the plus side, I love my new Anderson electric recliner 2 seater lounges. 5 stars to them and the salespeople. -5 to the delivery service.

Thought it was good but not – First off they didn't tell me how things can go wrong. Many times I am barely moving and the slats in my bed fall. Also the dowels break easily. We had major issues after moving the bed. Next time I will buy furniture some other place. Also need the furniture to come pretty much assembled or have someone who will do it properly. If I had the choice I will choose elsewhere to get my furniture.

Poor customer service from some staff – I ordered and payed for a sofa and side tables and confirmed the delivery date. learning to use and it was not due to be delivered to their store until today...it had to come from another warehouse, she said their was nothing they could do and would deliver it in another 4 days at is was entered wrong in the system by [Name Removed] at the time of purchase.. i asked to speak to the manager and was given to [Name Removed] who identified herself as the manager. I advised her of our agreed delivery date and stated I had removed all furniture ready for the items and taken the day of work. [Name Removed] was so unhelpful and didn't take any responsibility for the mix up or inconvenience caused..I was not appreciative of the response so I advised her to cancel the order and refund my money. [Name Removed] stated she would, i asked how long would the refund take and she replied with... "some time" i asked how long is that and she went on a long speil to say finance are busy...so who knows..5 days or more...i ended the call and contacted my finance department 7 day later only to be advised they had not been notified of the credit request.. I waited 15 business days after no credit from fantastic furniture then contacted the store again... This is when the customer service was exceptional and highlighted the difference in people and customer service skills...I spoke to ASIA ..I have this in bold because you need to acknowledge her as a wonderful team member ... she listened...and acknowledged the situation, showed empathy and understanding, i had my money refunded within 2 hours of the call...a fact I am aware that [Name Removed] could have done via zip log in had she wanted to ....

Amazing Service – Visited Fantastic Furniture Rockingham with lots of questions and needing lots of assistance. Danica was amazing. She spent so much time with us and nothing was too much for her she kept smiling the whole time. It made purchasing our furniture a pleasure. We will be back if we need anything more. Love it nice and sturdy – I needed a dining room table. I had a good chose to choose from. The sales assistant was very helpful. I had it delivered i live up 3 flights of stairs the delivery guys where very polite. And it was very easy to put together everything i needed was included even the tools. Show details ·  1

Coffee table – Love the coffee table an entertainment unit . Very easy to assemble both an they look great together. The staff at the Rockingham store are always friendly an the pick up at the back is easy to find. Fits exactly in the space – I took the measurements with me into the store and found exactly shattered l wax after. They had the shelving units in different sizes so there were a few options. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and they gave me an exact pick up date.  Show details ·  1

The worst product possible to buy – I bought the Sonoma wardrobe rack with draws. The rack was easily put together, but once it came to putting draws together it was the worst experience. I've spent 5 hours trying to sort out the draws and correct the manufacturers problems. Such as no pilot holes drilled into the wood? Missing nails. The instructions were a mess with incorrect… Read more

images and very vague messages, which didn't even tell you which way the wood was supposed to be facing. I'm still not through with putting the draws together since I don't have pilot holes drilled so I need to go back and get holes drilled. I can safely say I will never be buying anything like this from fantastic furniture again. You decide if you want to buy, but this wardrobe will make you want to nail your brain to the draw instead in sheer anger and rage from the lack of disregard for human sanity while putting together a completely easy structure made into rocket science.

Excellent over the phone service - appalling delivery and subsequent service – Couldn't be happier with how friendly staff are that answer the phones, I'm so sorry but I've forgotten her name. was absolutely sure that's what we ordered. It wasn't. I called, apparently they forgot to place it with my order. Ok, so when I say 'we need this delivered today' I get a very snarky, 'well all I can do is ask the delivery driver if he'll come and pick it up'..... Ahhh no, we have paid $75 to have this delivered. My partner has taken the day off and spent all morning removing the old lounge, I have been cleaning up in preparation and sold our old lounge.

Not happy at all.

even though it had been two weeks since the order was placed I received a full refund. Cant ask for better customer service. Added to that the ladies were exremely helpful in the first instance when I needed advice as to what might be suitable and available. Thank you very much - I will certainly be back if the need arises.
