Have used Fastcover 3 times in the last few years to cover overseas horse riding trips. common, only a small % require urgent surgery yet Fast Cover landed on the most generalised definition of the condition ignoring the fact of imminent urinary failure. I am Out of pocket over $5,500. WARNING FAST COVER is not reputable and will not meet your reasonable claim expectations! On the face their Reviews look positive but look at how many are pre claim ! Fast Cover are experts at avoiding reasonable genuine claims !!! DO NOT BUY THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE IF YOU ARE A MALE SENIOR!

helpful, knowledgeable and considerate re our current claim and we feel reassured that this is almost at settlement date. This is a very efficient and effective service that I would highly recommend to anyone who may have health issues, previous or accident related, and who may be in the 'seniors' category as well as families and singles.

What a scam! In ten years I have never made a travel claim. For the sake of a denied $300, claim they will never receive my $800 premium again. Doesn’t make business sense to me. What if it was a major claim? I can’t trust them.
Follow-up · The insurance company, after I contested the decision, decided to give me $200. Too late, I won't insure with them again. If you can't say yes to a claim straight away, you don't have my loyalty!

while we try to understand how this happened to us. It is life-shattering enough without being treated like a criminal by an insurer.
The doctor has already filled out their forms and explicitly noted that this was an incidental find. My son saw this doctor for the first time on 10 January regarding stomach issues and didn't return until the 21st when the headaches started and the tumour was found. There were no visits in between, there is literally nothing to give them--yet Fast Cover is demanding "notes" for those missing days just to stall a $24,900 payout. To even imply that a father would lie about his son having a tumour is sick and disgusting. Because we have absolutely nothing to hide and dozens of family and friends to back up every fact of this ordeal, we will not be bullied by the "Lukes" of the world, Fast Cover, or Lloyd’s. I would give everything I own to make this go away, but I refuse to let these people abuse our family for profit while we are suffering.
We complained to the underwriters, Lloyd’s, but they are just as bad. These are global giants who hide behind meaningless, "humane" words while they bankroll a broken system that they know cannot hold them accountable. They are big on promises, but they allow this conduct to continue because they know they have the money and power to crush the average consumer. You must check who the underwriters are before you buy and avoid these people at all costs.
Stay far away from Fast Cover. Do not be fooled by their cheaper prices or marketing; they are cheap for a reason-they simply do not pay when a significant claim is made. My advice is to pay more with a reputable insurer for actual peace of mind. It defies logic how these people are allowed to get away with this without any recourse or penalty. It is a broken system that needs to change. No one is exempt from these life-changing events, and dealing with this is hard enough without this kind of abuse. Once my son is healthy, I will do my absolute best to expose these people for exactly what they are. No other family should ever have to endure this during their darkest moments.

Even said to her "how did you buy insurance if you can't even send an email"... WHAT!
