Me and my wife engaged Ken Ford to advise us on the design and building tender for our house and granny flat build. Most builders were not interested or committed to our idea and plans. very knowledgeable, he gets the job done with no hassle and I can see he has a great passion for what he does and for his customers. Firstyle is very lucky to have him! Thanks Adam for everything! When we tell our friends and family examples of our experience or how simple issues were to fix or change they get surprised at how there is still a building company with no headaches. We were told it will take roughly 6 months to build the home and that is exactly what happened. There were no delays. The selections were very reasonable for even the standard choice. I'm grateful for choosing Firstyle as our builder and we always say we would use them again for our next home.

Land and home package – First style built our home for 14months. It took a little longer but it was expected. Dealing with them initially was difficult because there was not much response. However as the house close to finished Ash was more responsive and had fixed everything that was faulty or needed to be fixed and Komal was very good with any administrative issues .
