Staff from The display homes at Oran Park are awesome. They were super helpful and didn't mind the 1000 questions we asked. The process has been relatively smooth. Any enquiries or concerns we have had, have been dealt with swiftly.
The staff in Head office are always available to chase things up and the Foreman keeps in regular contact with us.

The Process thus far has been great. Sales consultants are very informative and offer exceptional service. All our expectations have been surpassed. The tender had all inclusions that were promised plus more. We also felt that we were informed and taken care of every step of the way. Truly great.

We had just moved in to our new house a couple of weeks ago and I must say that it was a great experience throughout the whole process. Being first time home buyers, we have no idea where to begin with, but once we stepped in to the Firstyle display Homes in Emerald Hills last May 2020, we were guided accordingly up to the completion stage and handover last April 2021... Thanks to Firstyle Homes for making this a memorable journey for our family, with special mention to Ken, Yvonne, Cassandra, Kobie and Joe of course, for the exceptional job you guys did for us! cheers to you!!

How well managed was your build? Very well, and efficient with Adriana and Dane being supportive through the entire process.
How was the workmanship and build quality of your property? As expected for a bran new home.
If you had any issues pre, post, or during construction, how satisfied are you with how the company handled them? there was 1 issue with incorrect orientation of the tiles. Adriana and Dane resolved quickly when we provided the information.
How did your final cost compare to your estimated cost? on point.

Construction supervisor Trent is very prompt and follow ups every single details next day after ever job done.
Slab has been laid and we are very excited to see the frames in the property in couple of weeks time. We hope the construction will finish 3 months time

I had excellent service at Firstyle Emerald Hills. Ken and Elena where so helpful and accommodated my needs as a first home buyer. They offered great advice and were always there to assist. It was daunting going into the house market during Covid but I'm glad I did with Firstyle.

Geoff and Connie from the Marsden Park centre were always very helpful, patient and attentive to our every need. Geoff was only too happy to answer any question, give his added advice to enhance the appeal of our house design and go the extra mile to help us achieve the best possible deal. Jim Antoun was also able to give us great advice to work in with our budget. We are looking forward to Firstyle building us a great home!

We can’t thank enough Scott and Riza from Box Hill and also Connie from Marsden Park. Their service is outstanding! They will literally go beyond their job role and description. Our first home journey hasn’t been the best due to the delays to the registration of our land but they’ve always been very accommodating to all of our requests, very helpful and understanding. We’ve even had a lot of last minute changes which they were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for any better service. They’re very easy to deal with and they have made the process of building our first home very seamless. We look forward to the next steps of our first home journey with Firstyle Homes.

Very happy with the construction quality and the build timelines, everything was on time as stated in the project schedule. Joe is awesome and his fortnightly email updates were keeping us updated on the work in progress.
We had a great experience with Firstyle Homes office team as well, Kobie, Amit, Cassandra and Yvonne are very supportive.

Our dream home at the moment has starter building so far the experience with Firstyle Homes have been great. Mr Ken at Emerald Hills was a big help in building our dream home. Dear CEO,

5 years ago we knocked down and rebuilt our home with Firstyle. There has been minor issues in that time of ownership but have all been resolved by Firstyle.

We are now looking at purchasing a home and land package and was wondering if there will be any discounts or any benefits for being a returned customer?

Buying home and land package , have been asked to sign (option deed sales advice) have no idea what’s that , is it ok to sign ?

Andrew,
An option deed is one thing and a sales advice is another.
If your sales person is requesting a signature on a sales advice then this is a simple document which contains your details and your solicitor details in order to proceed to a contract of sale . You are under no obligation and can retract from the sale at any time .
If you are signing an option deed this is usually done with the advice of your solicitor. This is a legally binding document and you will be legally bound to your purchase .
I suggest you contact our Head Office and ask for our sales manager, Jim Anton , he will advise your further on this matter - 9731 9600.
