I've been using FlipTV NBN 50Mb/s FTTN for 7 years, and it's been cheap and stable (can recommend). friendly 11-minute phone call, including waiting on hold. Both the tech and sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. The price is great, and they've arranged for the NBN people to come and connect the fibre to my property. Given we all wind up on NBN, the difference between providers is price and quality of service. FlipTV prices are competitive, and their service has been excellent. I thoroughly recommend them!
Been with Flip for about 3 weeks now and so far, no service issues and have maintained speeds of no less than 50/18Mbps on FTTP. Follow-up · I have got now a new NBN provider MATE. The internet speed increased by 10 times from previous FLIP’s 50mbps to 500mbps and I’m paying MATE $10/month less than FLIP. It is great! Thanks NAB and MATE!

Flip have alwayse been great, internet was great and I hadn't needed to call them over the 5 years I was with them. The price had gone up as all of them have. Customer service had been very good. Only issue is you need to call them to cancel, you can't do it any other way. Show details · 1

has been “withdrawn” due to not meeting a certain credit assessment, this leads me to believe they have done a credit check without my consent.
Aside from this, I have already cancelled with my current provider, due to the misleading information provided, I will be taking this as far as possible.

You weren't the cheapest but you had one rate that didn't increase after 4 or 6 months so went with you. now my bill has gone up and I'm now told there was a promotional period, so disappointed, however have been in contact with them and they were happy to provide an offer to me to keep my business so happy to stay with them as their service was great and no issues with nbn at all Show details

Regular outages and disruptions to the service, impacting both speed and reliability was an issue. I believe many of the problems were NBN attributable, quite possibly out of the control of Flip. I always found staff at Flip were helpful & patient but in NBN, I believe they are dealing with some troublesome technology. I was a Fixed Wireless customer. as well switch to Starlink Lite, which is twice the speed for only $70. On the side, my customer service experiences were great. Ian is a very clear communicator and was very helpful in both of my interactions with the call center. Easy 10/10. He brought my overall rating from 3 up to 4/5 stars.

Somehow I lost my internet. I did a reset as I was really worried that I was going to have to buy a new modem which would be at a bad time.
