come earlier. After a while I decided to call as it was past the delivery date and they said it was ready for pickup in blacktown. They delivered it to a different store then told me all the notes on the docket said to deliver to blacktown and blamed it on me and said they don't get big items to the bankstown store even after telling me it was all good to be delivered to bankstown. After back and forth they finally agreed to deliver it to bankstown but I had initially told them it was an urgent order. So they've delayed me and lied to me and tried to blame me for their mistake. Terrible customer serive and will never purchase anything from them again. The 2 team members I dealt with were sue and the 2IC Manager.

After double checking that the chaise feature that I chose was on the correct side, I ordered and left, feeling assured that my new furniture would be soon on its way. I got home and then realised that in the configuration that I chose that the sofa would actually not fit in to my loungeroom, but I still wanted the same sofa, so decided that I could rearrange the furniture. A quick call and email to the store and Bonnie and Harry helped me get my problem sorted. Highly recommend this store if you are looking to update your decor!

I ended up purchasing the accent chair, and after leaving the store, I actually went back to buy six dining chairs as well - we’d been meaning to upgrade the ones at home, and the Boxing Day sale was simply too good to pass up. Combined with the excellent customer service, it was an easy decision to return and make the additional purchase.

Paid extra for lounge to be assembled by delivery guys. Lounge delivered and left with ALL the HUGE boxes to dispose of!!! They brought the boxes usually delivered goods boxes are taken away by delivery guys. Rang store and to the young J guy who couldn’t care less☹️. the springs, because of multiple foam layers I don’t know how we can determine if this is the problem unless the mattress is pulled apart. The customer service manager hung up on me while on the phone, didn’t answer until I called back a second time then tried to tell me that she wasn’t sure what happened. Also claimed that she had no one above her for me to speak to. I will be calling every week to report the issue.

Very poor after sale service – Ordered 6 dining chairs over the phone after I had viewed them at the Kotara store. I paid the deposit and then waited 3 weeks for delivery. Two very rude delivery men turned up at a side door. I asked them go to the main door which is one flight up. They refused. They said it would cost another $30.00 to carry them up 12 stairs. was I asked whether they needed to be carried upstairs. Instead they dumped them at the bottom door and told me to sign the docket that said they were delivered undamaged. They were boxed so I couldn’t see what condition they were in. I had no way of getting them up the stairs as I am in my 60s. I rang the kotara store and reported their lack of assistance and unkindness. They promised to call back but of course that didn’t happen. I will never purchase anything more from them.

I found a lounge at Focus Furniture on line so I went to Prospect Store NSW. The staff were frendly and informed, my wife and I were impressed with the patient and friendly serrvice and advice. The store kept in touch with me regars to the the delivery date so all went well. We were given choice of payment and a surprise discount. The product is great no complaints. Show details
