relevant information I needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her friendly and helpful attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I was also very impressed with the range and quality of furniture available. There were plenty of stylish options to choose from, and the prices were surprisingly affordable for the quality offered. It was great to find furniture that looked amazing without having to exceed my budget.

What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding customer service. Helen went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and felt confident in my purchase decisions. Excellent service like this is hard to find and deserves recognition.

I highly recommend Focus on Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices, backed by exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning for future furniture purchases.

Absolute horrible experience dealing with focus on furniture. I purchased a dresser and mirror and had organised it to be shipped to the bankstown store for pickup. come earlier. After a while I decided to call as it was past the delivery date and they said it was ready for pickup in blacktown. They delivered it to a different store then told me all the notes on the docket said to deliver to blacktown and blamed it on me and said they don't get big items to the bankstown store even after telling me it was all good to be delivered to bankstown. After back and forth they finally agreed to deliver it to bankstown but I had initially told them it was an urgent order. So they've delayed me and lied to me and tried to blame me for their mistake. Terrible customer serive and will never purchase anything from them again. The 2 team members I dealt with were sue and the 2IC Manager.

After double checking that the chaise feature that I chose was on the correct side, I ordered and left, feeling assured that my new furniture would be soon on its way. I got home and then realised that in the configuration that I chose that the sofa would actually not fit in to my loungeroom, but I still wanted the same sofa, so decided that I could rearrange the furniture. A quick call and email to the store and Bonnie and Harry helped me get my problem sorted. Highly recommend this store if you are looking to update your decor!

I ended up purchasing the accent chair, and after leaving the store, I actually went back to buy six dining chairs as well - we’d been meaning to upgrade the ones at home, and the Boxing Day sale was simply too good to pass up. Combined with the excellent customer service, it was an easy decision to return and make the additional purchase.
