I ended up purchasing the accent chair, and after leaving the store, I actually went back to buy six dining chairs as well - we’d been meaning to upgrade the ones at home, and the Boxing Day sale was simply too good to pass up. Combined with the excellent customer service, it was an easy decision to return and make the additional purchase.

come earlier. After a while I decided to call as it was past the delivery date and they said it was ready for pickup in blacktown. They delivered it to a different store then told me all the notes on the docket said to deliver to blacktown and blamed it on me and said they don't get big items to the bankstown store even after telling me it was all good to be delivered to bankstown. After back and forth they finally agreed to deliver it to bankstown but I had initially told them it was an urgent order. So they've delayed me and lied to me and tried to blame me for their mistake. Terrible customer serive and will never purchase anything from them again. The 2 team members I dealt with were sue and the 2IC Manager.

Very Disappointed with the Dining Chairs – Had issues with the Dinning chair. The so-called timber legs are flimsy and brake very easily. After double checking that the chaise feature that I chose was on the correct side, I ordered and left, feeling assured that my new furniture would be soon on its way. I got home and then realised that in the configuration that I chose that the sofa would actually not fit in to my loungeroom, but I still wanted the same sofa, so decided that I could rearrange the furniture. A quick call and email to the store and Bonnie and Harry helped me get my problem sorted. Highly recommend this store if you are looking to update your decor!

0 Stars – Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolute joke of a company. Reschedule my delivery 3 times, then when the day finally came to have the bedroom suite delivered. Drivers rock up and DEMAND payment straight away. Before paying, we wanted to make sure everything was there. Turns out the bed wasnt there (the most important part of a BEDroom suite).… Read more

Told them we werent paying until EVERYTHING was delivered.

After backwards and forwards with them they finally called the store where they said they would find out whats happening and call back. 3 hours later they still hadnt called back. So we called them and they said they found out 3 days ago that the bed was "damaged".

Asked for a refund, they said we would have to send an email requesting to cancel the order and send through bank details. Advised it would take 10 days for the refund. Funny they can take the money straight away, but then cant refund it to you.

Its now another 5 days later, get another email saying that they would need an ID and last 4 digits of the card. (Why did Harry not tell us this when confimring he had received the refund request?!)

This company is an absolute joke, staffed by incompetent people who have absolutely zero idea on customer service, completely disgusting excuse of a company.
