I would never buy from this chain again. The customer service is horrible. No one gets back to you as soon as you mention warranty.

Customer Service is terrible – The staff at Moore Park was very helpful. Customer Service on the phone is horrible. When enquired Moore Park is closed down already and they can’t inform their client one by one but I think they still can inform by email and has responsibility to inform. be made over the phone on voice msg left but when called the Customer service was rude and saying there’s no track record who called even I offered her to forward the left VM, then, Bankstown store was saying it was Jay who offered it. But when reconfirmed, was trying to change topic and denied it.

Delivery date was given out around end of June or earlier July from Vic customer service but Bankstown store said to refer to invoice which should be late Jul and ask to contact Vic customer service directly. Very unhelpful as should fall under the same umbrella under one company.

Excellent products with great customer service – Purchased a buffet table and entertainment unit from focus on furniture at homebush dfo store. Staff brought back the art of customer service, very friendly, not pushy and honest. Products was delivered on time as agreed with care. - when my wife left house even interacting with the driver and helper to move the truck clearing the drive way not knowing who they are and what they are here for. Once I saw the missed call i returned it as I was expecting delivery not knowing if these could be the people they started arguing that they are getting delayed which I even apologized on missing the call earlier. Called my wife to reach home and receive the product which she did in next 5 minutes, but the driver was very rude and continue to argue. completely spoiled the wonderful experience of the purchase. This is not what I would expect as a behavior paying good money for delivery from Arndell park to Blacktown.

Shop service was great but mattress terrible – Purchased in store. Purchasing process was ok. Furniture bed frame was great but mattress I wasn't happy with because it wasn't a new mattress but a seconds. I don't have time to go back and forth arguing with store staff or the many phone calls it would take to sort the issue out!

the sofa so they could leave as it was their last job for the day. I also didn’t realise they left the empty cardboard boxes outside my unit block - must have been miscommunication. I would have expected them to flatten the card box box. One part of the sofa didn’t click in to connect the sofa properly but doesn’t seem to compromise it’s quality or comfort. Otherwise I love the sofa. Just need the perfect rug and artwork to complement my living space. Thanks Focus Furniture!
