The whole experience with Focus on Furniture Kotara was awesum. The shop itself was well laid out, the staff were very helpful and professional and the delivery service was on time and they kept us informed of arrival. Quality furniture without the big price tag – This is the 2nd time that I purchased from Focus On Furniture. The entertainment unit was made of solid wood, and I loved the modern contemporary style. I was very impressed with both the excellent quality and the competitive price.

Paid extra for lounge to be assembled by delivery guys. Lounge delivered and left with ALL the HUGE boxes to dispose of!!! They brought the boxes usually delivered goods boxes are taken away by delivery guys. Rang store and to the young J guy who couldn’t care less☹️. No where does it mention NOT removing delivery material..Not Happy & will not be shopping there again. Show details

Very poor after sale service – Ordered 6 dining chairs over the phone after I had viewed them at the Kotara store. I paid the deposit and then waited 3 weeks for delivery. Two very rude delivery men turned up at a side door. I asked them go to the main door which is one flight up. They refused. They said it would cost another $30.00 to carry them up 12 stairs. was I asked whether they needed to be carried upstairs. Instead they dumped them at the bottom door and told me to sign the docket that said they were delivered undamaged. They were boxed so I couldn’t see what condition they were in. I had no way of getting them up the stairs as I am in my 60s. I rang the kotara store and reported their lack of assistance and unkindness. They promised to call back but of course that didn’t happen. I will never purchase anything more from them.

Like sleeping on a concrete slab – The service received at the Kotara store was good, however having received our mattress and it not being the same, let alone similar to what was on display, which is what we chose from, and told that time should loosen the mattress is not acceptable. Great prices, great service! – We bought the Alto bed frame. Staff were very helpful from start to finish. The stock came in faster then expected and the bed was easy to assemble. Would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced for good quality furniture.

Great value great quality matress – We got the myzone grandure plush matress after trying it for for 3 weeks at a friend's place in Canberra it was so comfortable we bought it and was so happy with it up graded to the grandure model and so happy with it Show details

Poor customer service – I purchased a cushion and a few days later I rang to see if I could simply exchange it. I checked the website first and acknowledged there were no refunds. The man who spoke to me was abrupt and told me NO. I followed up with an email to which I received no reply. Poor customer service I will not shop here again. Show details

The most luxurious bed! – I purchased Montalto Queen Bed and I am thrilled with the quality and style. The drawers are a fantastic size, perfect for spare linen, and the boucle fabric gives this bed a modern style. Most importantly the bed is incredibly solid and robust. I was particularly impressed with the delivery and set-up cost (organised by Focus On) which made the entire process a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.
