Good product, horrible service – My pregnant wife received the furniture and was horrible treated by the delivery guys. We have complaint with factory and store, never heard back from anyone. Very poor and disappointing customer service.

Cheap price, low quality of service – The furniture itself is great, however be prepared for them to quote you an 8 week shipping time. Additionally, be prepared to delay this shipping time by another 4 weeks. 3 months to get a $150 Ottoman was highly unexpected Show details

Faulty product and terribly delivery experience – The store and sales experience is fine. The lounge arrived missing the ottoman and with a fault in one of the lounge legs. The ottoman was eventually delivered two weeks later. Show details

Great Service from Focus On Furniture – We managed to furnish most of our house from Focus On. We are very happy with our choices and the staff was very helpful; especially Christine and the manager. It was easy to assemble the chairs; all the other furniture was assembled by the delivery team. Show details

Satisfied customer – I had been looking for a timber family dining room table that seats 10 possibly 12 persons for a few weeks . What I found was either not big enough or out of my price range . As soon as I saw the table I knew it was the one . Bonus was it was available for immediate delivery and it was on sale . The only negative I had was when they delivered and set up the table the delivery men left 2 very LARGE boxes with all the packaging for me to dispose . Show details

Terrible, incompetent service unable to make a decision even when customer is spending several thous – We recently moved to Australia and needed to furnish our entire house. We bought several items (lounge sofa, queen bedroom set, table & chairs and a TV stand). One item was out of stock (not our fault!) so we have to pay 2x delivery charges?? disappeared into the back of the store (perhaps to discuss with her manager). Several other employees were standing around idle. I think it was her first day. We had two small children with us which made the incredibly long check out very unpleasant. The the tallboy we ordered with the bedroom set didn't fit into the bedroom, so we were going to buy several more pieces of furniture (sofa bed & 2 lounge chairs) and have them collect the tallboy for return when they made the next delivery - however this wasn't possible without a return fee and a restocking fee ...which amounted to the same price as the tallboy despite the fact we would have spent another 2+K on more furniture. Incredibly short term thinking and lack of customer service, we were ultimately fed up and will never deal with this company again. Perhaps as an American I have a different standard of customer service...however when you have people spending a couple thousand at your store you should step-up the service. I would highly discourage anyone buying furniture to deal with Focus on Furniture

Decent bed, delivery experience terrible – Ordered a bed through focus on furniture. The bed itself is fine but had a bad experience with delivery. First delivery attempt and the bed head was the wrong colour. they forgot to deliver my bed...??? so again had to reschedule. Wasted 3 of my Saturdays waiting for deliveries with only a "woops sorry we'll deliver next time". Wasn't impressed.

Yarra Table 150cm & Black Ryde Chairs – Despite not being fully hardwood, the table is very sturdy and the finish looks great. The chairs are very comfy and are the perfect height for the table. Delivery wasn’t excellent because they can’t provide a window for the delivery before the day, and the driver was an hour later than the window that he gave, but the drivers put the tables and chairs together for us (despite being told they would do the chairs) quickly.  Show details

Fabulous Service – I purchased online and found it very smooth and easy to do so. Within minutes of finalising my payment I received a call from their Head Office to let me know what store would be looking after my order and who would ring me for delivery etc. Closer to my delivery date the store rang and again confirmed delivery information etc. Overall it was a pleasure shopping with Focus on Furniture.  Show details

Good range of furniture.. presentable and not too costly – I purchased my furniture months ahead before moving into my new home and Focus was happy to accommodate my request to deliver the items when the house is ready. 2 stars – In store. Took a day off work to come and it wasn't in show room (fair enough I guess). Organised delivery and had to take more time off work as delivery driver can only give me a one hour window (what the hell? Even telstra gives you a "generous" four hour block). garden up to my house without an extra $20 cash. Didn't know this was a thing and didn't have $20 on me and they wouldn't take card so instead had to negotiate that they could take it up the stairs and I would have to put it go ether myself.

Then the drawers on the chest of drawers opened by themselves. Had to get a technician out and take more time off work. Guy calls me saying he's at my house where am I as I didn't get a call as I was told I would so had to get a cab home from work. Guy said it was just because I didn't push the drawers in on both sides. Would've been super helpful if when I took a photo and sent it into you that you told me that was the problem as the tech said it was a common issue and I wouldn't have had to take more time off work. Got my delivery fee refunded but left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be back.

Only rated bad because of delivery service – The ladies who managed my purchase were great. Delivery guys helped with the assembly BUT they informed us if we wanted them to remove the rubish result from packaging and we said yes. They put the rubish in the garden area of the building instead of the bins! Not respectful at all and we had to clean after them. Disappointed on that. Pleasant but disorganized -- delivery customer service needs work – The shopping experience was easy, and they were accommodating with delivery but no one really seemed to know what was happening and I had to call and talk to 4 different people just to get a straight answer. The delivery was problematic -- they ran over a tree in front of the house and wouldn't stop. They were very rough getting the item in, and they refused to take the boxes with them.  Show details

an unscheduled stocktake. The staff member actually told us to [Word Removed] off and that the store had [Word Removed] up. The store apologised and said that they would deliver to home at 9am, being the first delivery. I just called the store and delivery is scheduled for last of the day. Pretty useless as I have to be elsewhere in the afternoon and once again do not receive my order. Avoid at all costs.

Great service and love the product – The customer service in store at More Park was excellent. Even though I got to the shop near closing, all the team were very attentive.
