but as there were only two left in the warehouse I was offered and happily accepted a further discount. Our wait was only weeks not months. We received a txt the day before delivery given a two hour time frame and once the chairs were picked up from the warehouse we received a tracking code so we knew exactly what time the van would arrive. The delivery men could not have been more friendly or considerate. Our chairs were carefully placed in our lounge exactly where they'd sit. All we had to do was unwrap them, put the plastic and cardboard in our recycling bin and screw the four legs in which we chose to do to save added cost as we have all the necessary tools. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Hamilton Armchair Lombard in charcoal. The are comfy and supportive and the colour is perfect for our lounge.

The Kennedy lamp table in Tasmanian Oak is beautiful and eye catching piece of furniture which enhances our living space. It is well structured with a sliding drawer. The quality is excellent.

Found what I was looking for online & then rang to see if in stock. Was able to visit store & see & sit. Placed order & delivery was arranged for a few days later. Purchased a couch which had a fault. Technician had to come and look at fault and returned it to Hallam Vic. The part of couch with the fault has now been fixed 9 may 2025 and we can not get it delivered until 21 May 2025 due to stocktake and now deliveries for the week. MyZone Mattress and FOCUS Furniture - DO NOT BUY AS THEY DONT LAST!!! – Had issues with a MyZone Grandeur mattress failing and sagging after only 14 months! Don not buy from FOCUS! ACCC as I have been getting increased back and neck issues due to the severe sagging which i was told is 'normal wear & tear'. I know mattress get body impressions over the years but this is ridiculous after not even 1.5 years.

Will not provide a refund so we can go and purchase something that will actually last!

We were very happy with the service, quality and timeliness of delivery of our Buffet. The staff were friendly and dealt with my queries efficiently. The buffet turned up when they said it would. My only complaint, they did not take the HUGE cardboard box. This is a service Focus on Furniture needs to provide. Misleading Advertising on Website. Items Not Actually in Stock Even When Click and Collect is an Option – They mislead you into thinking an item is available, by showing it as 'on display' in the various tools, by using the search store stock tool. This is also written in green. You are also able to select click and collect. This is what happened to me. When I followed up 5 weeks later, they advised that the item is still another ~4 weeks away.

I requested a refund, and they wanted to charge me a 20% cancellation fee!

I believe this is probably against consumer law. I've raised complaints with the various agencies, but just be careful when buying products online. If it's not available in a store to collect, don't buy it.

Very impressed – Went into Focus on Furniture at Gepps Cross and was very impressed by the service received. I then went home and after discussion with my son ordered a bed online. Very efficient delivery and very happy with purchase.

Horrible customer service – I have been buying from here for years as I am a business owner and we have bought several items and refer clients to buy from here. I had one faulty table with a chip on the side and the customer service I received was absolutely shocking!!!!! They are willing to lose a long term customer. For a $1100 table they most the offered was a $50 refund.
