After the purchase, delivery & instillation, I will most definitely be talking about the great experience I had at Focus on Furniture & bedding, & will be back for future purchase’s- both for the professional staff & for the gorgeous range of stock at fair investment prices.

Dishonest – On Saturday, 25 Jan 2025 my husband went to pick up a coffee table at Focus On warehouse in Pinkemba Brisbane. their negligent staff. The warehouse manager at the site lied to my husband when he promised that someone will contact him next Tuesday with the details for the insurance claim. When no one contacted us we called Focus On shop where we bought our coffee table, and we were told that it has nothing to do with them, and staff there refused to give us any contact details for the management. Then I sent a message via Facebook Messenger and threatened to post all details on social media. The same day we had a phone call from the focus on Area Manager who promised to sort out all our issues with Suncorp insurance if I do not post this anywhere. The week later, we are still waiting for Troy to admit to Suncorp that the forklift driver damaged our car. I will NEVER again buy anything from the company that I can not trust. I assume it would be even worse if we had a faulty product.

I have bought quite a few pieces of furniture from your Macgregor store over the years and I must say they go above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, their products and knowledge of them is exceptional. I love all of my pieces of furniture. A great company with great products. Very disappointing brought allot of funiture had to get 2 deliveries as not all products were in stock so thats taken 6 weeks then both orders delivered damaged stock. ive had to chase them continuously to get these products replaced its been going on for over 3 months. longevity. It's cost me allot of money. I was promised this would be sorted out before Christmas the replacement stock was meant to arrive and be checked before 12th December today is 24th December. I've had to change my Christmas plans as its the dinning table and chair that's damaged extremely disappointing if I had a choice would rather return everything get a full refund and purchase elsewhere imso disappointed. And upset being a single mum and using all savings for this funiture and its been so disappointing

Poor after purchase Customer Service – We bought a full 7 seat lounge suite a few years ago with a 5 year warranty. This place is one big RED flag. Avoid – This is a pathetic excuse for a business. DO NOT PURCHASE. We bought some nesting tables, which when assembled AS PER INSTRUCTION were out of alignment and overall poor quality. being humiliated and spoken down to by the store manager telling us we were incapable of putting tables together. Ended up leaving the store in tears. Spoke to head office and referred to their ‘satisafaction guarantee’ online and after an acknowledgment our email was received, have ignored us ever since. Simply not good enough especially after how the store manager treated us. I will continue to tell everyone I know not to support this business, I have already changed purchase decisions of a few friends. Don’t ignore all the bad reviews - they are telling the truth. This place is a disgrace.

Ricky continued to communicate with me to ensure that everything went smoothly with the ordering, payment and final delivery of my beautiful furniture. The furniture was packed very well. There was no assembly other than connecting the table-top to the base. Overall: great customer service, and wonderful products.

Mid October and I'm still dealing with this. The guys in the store talk a good talk but apparently don't give a crap about you after they've taken your money.

The most happy experience – When I was looking for a queen bedroom suite, I came upon Focus On at MacGregor. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service – Pete and Ricky went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience in buying our new couch. They were so helpful and professional. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Good Product, Great Range, and Surprisingly Helpful Staff – The mattress range was better than anywhere else, and a better price. Had a problem with delivery, but the manager fixed it and waived the delivery fee and was super helpful. These are GOOD PEOPLE to do business with.
