You guys are amazing. The furniture is playoff great quality, delivery is quick and staff are always so helpful. We’ve furnished our house with various companies over the years and have got the vast majority of our furniture from focus and it always sturdy, amazing quality and lasts!! Always greeted me with a smile. The day I went to make the payment, Tori wasn't there, but the other lady at the counter was extremely helpful as well. I reckon the whole store has a great culture! Do not purchase the Belford lounge unless you like a very hard and uncomfortable couch – We have loved our whole service experience with the store itself. prepared for- but the hardness of the couch is actually a little unbearable. The lower back section pushes your back into an arch and it puts your neck out as your spine is sitting poorly. When I mentioned to customer service (online) about the hardness of the couch they said the store ones are well sat on and more comfortable. We went into many of the Focus stores and they all felt the same, including the swivel chair. This model we were sent however is as hard as a rock and not the same fit/foam. This is very disappointing. It is a shame that one product arrived as expected, while the other is not what we ordered at all. I have no issue with the instore staff and the ordering process. The staff were amazing. It is just the quality of the Belford lounge that is poor.

Products that arent backed by any after sales service – I purchased a Juno recliner couch and 2 chairs which were delivered in January 2021. Within the first year, the motor on the couch failed. It was replaced at the time. Now it has failed again and the after sales team refuse to do anything because it has a muddy pawprint and some dog hair on it, both of which are easily cleaned up. Never ever shop at focus on furniture – The worst after sales care I have ever experienced we purchased a 5,000 dollar couch that is faulty it makes a terrible creaking sound when you sit down and we are being told that it’s ok we just need to be a bit more gentle when we sit down and don’t move around too much… That is what the guy who came to assess the couch said literally…

Great experience! – We had a great experience at focus on furniture, Dandenong. All the staff was super helpful, and the store looked neat and nicely presented. It was easy to find what you’re looking for, and it was all at a great price since we bought during the Black Friday sales. We had to wait for our couch to arrive and the staff are great every time I called to check on the progress.
