wouldn't replace it but sent technician, he told my mum who is 82 and weighs 57 kilos that she sits on the couch to long and that she should stagger where she sits, they said to rotate position of where you sit to allow the lounge to wear evenly, what a load of rubbish, they eventually took the armchair away but once returned it was worse than before, and we notified then the same day, they sent out the same technician which again repeated the same phrase as before to my parents, disgusting, they refuse to repair even though iy is under warranty to repair it , but it was delivered like that from day 1. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM THEY ARE RUBBISH, BEWARE THEY TREAT THERE CLIENTS LIKE RUBBISH, WE WILL PURSUE IT FURTHER.

choose the right orientation for the couch to best suit our home layout. When we needed to reschedule the delivery due to delays in the completion of our house, they were understanding and easy to communicate with, promptly accepting our request without any hassle.

Follow-up · I’ve been really impressed with how sturdy and well-made the products are — they’ve definitely held up well over time. I’m already thinking of picking up a few more, especially with the EOFY sales offering some great savings. I’ve also heard great things about Focus On, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed to win one of the vouchers — no luck just yet, but hoping this time might be it!

caught when cleaning the table. Have not used nothing but water as my son has allergies. My son is 5 years old there may be 1 or two spills, that have been cleaned up straight away. I send an email to customer service and I get an answer that it is out of warranty and that it’s from water damage. If this table can’t handle water then it’s shouldn’t be sold as a dinning table. Oh and yes we do use coasters and also placemats. Focus on furniture when you take the order and the money we are vip but when we have a problem that needs assistance or change of minds we get treated like criminals. Beware of what you buy and from whom.

purchase a sofa & happened to sit on this mattress and instantly knew I had to have it. Despite not planning on buying a mattress that day, I knew I had found the right mattress for me & had to have it. The price point was very reasonable & I felt like I was getting good value for money. It is very plush & hugs the body gently, it feels secure whilst also being very soft due to its quality. The fabric used is really pretty & is the nicest mattress fabric I have come across. It also has nice secure fabric handles on the sides to assist in lifting or moving the mattress. I paid for delivery including taking the mattress upstairs, from there it was simple to take off the plastic wrap & place it in the bed with the help of one person.

Great quality, better value – Staff are always attentive and polite. Nothing is an issue and the products are quality for the price. We had such good experience purchasing a 6 seater lounge that we went back for a coffee table and buffet.
Wentworth bedroom suite – Purchased a bedroom suite & mattress and I am extremely happy with it! Great quality and super comfortable. Staff at the Essendon store were very helpful, and my purchase arrived only a few weeks after the estimated delivery date. The only disappointing part was paying extra for delivery & set up however that doesn’t include putting the handles on the drawers.

Never shopping in this store again – I visited one of your stores resently , I wanted to pick up a small item from the store, the item was in your Hallam warehouse, and in disbelief I was asked to pay a $44 courier fee from the warehouse to your store so I could pick it up myself from the store-is this fair? A delivery is different, but this is your cost to stock your store not mine. Until this unfair charges get removed I would never shop in your stores ever... Show details
Tall boy – I bought a tall boy for my daughter and opted to pick it up myself, you can only pick up between 10 and 12, not the issue, the issue is they expect you to move all of the boxes in their warehouse so you can collect yours, this didn’t happen with me I asked them to move their other stock so I could safely grab mine, in the end just picked it up and walked out. I was looking to purchase the Heyfield tallboy as my partner had previously purchased the bedroom suite. Anne was very friendly and helpful and made the transaction very easy.
