Everything is presented in a quality manner and is styled so that the quality of the furniture easily demonstrates itself. The people who delivered and assembled the product for us did so in an efficient way which made it look simple, they don’t talk with you much but they’re good at what they do. The Excalibur Recliner was so comfortable for my mother, she fell asleep in it the very first night. It has helped with her posture and supports her in all ways which is great. We were so impressed with the product I got one for my father as well and now both parents are relaxing just like the King and Queen of their lounge room should be. We definitely recommend this product, store and service and will purchase from here again in the future.

I then contact the customer service team a million times but no update was provided by them. Finally, lockdown allowed us to visit the store but it was nothing more than disappointment that the promises and guarantee which came with expensive couch were fake. Manager at Hoppers Crossing store told us that I cannot do anything. I would urge you all that whatever product you try to buy from them, please give it another thought and accept the fact that their guarantee or promises with the product mean nothing.

time to consider what I wanted without being pushy, but were responsive when I needed to ask a question. The product knowledge of the staff was such that I could easily conclude they crafted the items themselves. They made the in-store order process easy, as was the online order process. Everything was delivered on time as promised. No BS and all promises fulfilled. I am so happy with my purchases. The furniture pieces are so stylish, not over priced and looks fantastic in my new abode. them to at least deliver the chairs since we already have a dining table (the chairs have always been in stock since July) they said they can but then we’ll have to pay 2 delivery fees, one for the chairs and then when the bed will be delivered. Focus on does have some great furniture but they need to be more upfront and flexible with deliveries. For no fault of ours we have to wait endlessly for deliveries.Extremely disappointing.

Do not trust them – Was sold a warranty pack by this mob that is a third party product. I would not have purchased it, except I was told by the salesman, Rick, that pet scuffs are covered. I delt with Mel from the store and she was great, very helpful; however, the manager, Amie, is less than helpful and did not even announce she was the store manager until I requested to speak to the manager. She will not even take into account what Consumer Affairs told me to tell them, referencing the part of the act that it applies to. One of the cushions on my couch has sagged and I advised of this and it has been ignored.
