They were professional, punctual and efficient in unloading and delivering my items. I had them deliver items on three seperate occasions and each time they provided an exceptional service.

do Kane cam out with his trusty drill and dismantled my bed, not only did he dismantle my bed he helped move it and also put it back together again. I have purchased a few items from these guys and I can honestly tell you I will be back. Its a team like Kylie and Kane that make you want to come back to there store to purchase items. I might be biased but anyone out there looking for furniture, dont bother looking around just head straight down to Maribyrnong. Do not purchase a bed OR mattress from these guys – Focus on Furniture has been a nightmare to say the least. The management is negligent and passive aggressive. credit note, and my warranty claim passed successfully.

I went into Focus on Furniture to select a new mattress with my credit note, and asked for delivery to my new address. This was not a problem, however the conditions were that I would have to foot the bill of Focus on Furniture picking up my old, defected mattress from another old address. (I found this to be unfair considering the fact that I obviously have payed for a faulty good already).

When calling Head Office to avoid this fee, we were dealt with terrible and incompetent customer service again.

I have decided against purchasing a new mattress through Focus On Furniture, and am stuck with the disposal costs of a mattress I should’ve never been told to purchase.

I have since purchased a Mattress at Snooze- the customer service is much better and at least they are willing to help!

Save yourself the hassle and terrible Customer Service and opt to shop elsewhere. Especially avoid the Highpoint store and it’s management at all costs. Buyer beware!

Excellent service from Super Scotty who serviced our Braxton buffet after we moved and had an issue with the drawers. Love these buffets, large drawers and large shelves, such great storage and look more sophisticated than many other buffets. Highly recommend! Show details

Focus on lounges – I brought 3 couches last year and they are all superb with great prices and actually better then ones I had from nic scali these guys don't add on the prices like other furniture places making them better to shop with Show details

Disgusting & deceitful manager service – Had an experience with the store I’ll never forget. Went in an supposedly spoke to the manager and she told me make sure you come and see me I can give you the most discount. Then I speak to another lady in the store on my second visit and she told me something different and said don’t worry the manager does this all the time and lies. I decided to buy from another store they were honest and didn’t lie on their discount policy.

Poor service, not good product – They had a really poor service after sale, when returning product, we have to pay the cancel fee with more than $200. The product displays in the store with 2m long, and we would like to have a smaller one (1.8m), when receiving, the product is totally different with the one that they display at the store. Really disappointed.

Awful Service – In-store service was great and very helpful. However, delivery which of course is charged....... so so so so rude. Does not take rubbish, called 5 times before it was even 7am. Quality – We bought Alexander 6 seater a while ago and it was delivered on time. Loving the quality of the couch. Also we had a great experience in store. They provided us with the extra discounts applying the Autumn sale offer which was going to start next week.
