Delivery had great communication from being told where in the list we were, through to being able to track the truck when it was on its way. Delivery guys were friendly and no fuss. We unpacked the sofa ourselves: plastic and cardboard protection, and are really pleased with the comfort and look.

Price wise, competitive with most other furniture stores, great value for money.

Worse mattress I ever purchased or slept on – I purchased the top of range a MyZone Grandeur queen sized (medium) mattress. Whilst the mattress looks great, it has no integrity. It sags at the edges so you feel like you are falling out of bed. It feels like you are sleeping on a pile of laundry far from the grandeur feeling I was anticipating . paralyzed after a nights sleep - ig offers no support at all for an adult. The mattress is so heavy, I am not sure how one can change the sheets in their own. I would not recommend this product.

Poor customer service - warranties team – Bought Lucia dining table. Within a month white marks began to appear and coalesce. Customer service at head office accused us of causing the white marks by placing hot objects ( untrue) , pizza boxes ( untrue) and heat generated from the overhead down lights. company is accusing us of mistreatment of the table. I am upset that we as consumers appear to be disregarded under consumer law. Even the responding emails were accusing and rude.

Poor Quality – Purchased the Macey bed over the phone from the store. Service was great and delivery was smooth. We assembled it yesterday ! The bed itself is cheap and nasty! wraps the the bed frame was torn and very fine material. Sure the bed looks good assembled but will not last from its poor quality of materials used. Disappointed !

Beautiful just what we wanted! – Great service helped us to find what we wanted immediately. It was good we saw it in store. Terrible quality sofa and terrible customer service – Bought a sofa a little over a year ago. The quality is so bad, the cushions have worn away making them nearly unbareable to sit on. I've bought a lot cheaper sofas that have held out a lot better. Called them up as I'm still in Warranty and sent a tech out. He just said it was my fault for sitting on the sofa incorrectly.
