The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful, letting us rearrange the modular lounge to see how it moves easily. We purchased the Bellevue lounge and we love it. Impressed we could get the lounge delivered the following week. It is comfy and feels durable. Highly recommend.

them. The chairs were quite simple to assemble. And they are just so soft and comfortable to sit in. Everyone who has seen them compliments them. Cannot recommend Focus on Furniture enough. We bought the Westin Upholstered dining chairs, Ebony in dark grey.

Friendly and personable experience – My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the Pakenham Focus On store. We were greeted on arrival by Sharyn who kindly approached and offered assistance. We ultimately decided to put a deposit down and arrange delivery, Sharyn discussed the option of a warranty which sounded ideal to protect our purchase from our 3 kids destructive habits. Our experience was pleasant from start to finish and Sharyn wished us a happy holidays as we left. 10/10 customer service.

Great service at the store. The delivery was horrible!! I received a message stating the driver was going to leave the store at approximately 8:30 and also I was the 14th dropped off. at 5:30PM, I was late for work. We asked the driver how many drop off they had, they said they only had 4 deliveries and they left the warehouse at 2pm.
I wished they could provide more accuracy regarding delivery because it caused me a lot of grieve on that day
Unsatisfied – Still waiting to hear back from Focus on furniture to do with material faults in my new couch. My husband has sent photos etc... but no answer. Cannot call them as no answer. Terrible Delivery Estimations – Was sent message saying delivery will be tomorrow leaving store at 7:60am and you 10th in queue means nothing as they do installations between deliveries so delivery could be in 2 hours or 10 hrs does say also delivery on website is between 7:30 and 1:30 Rand store to be told I’m lucky last (nice comment from staff member )and that the delivery… Read more

exceptionally quick. It took about 1hr for assembly of 2 couches, 9 piece dinner table set, entertainment unit, coffee table and buffet which was awesome!
Perfect, great – Great set out of store, found straightaway shop assistant answered all questions was delivered and put to get by delivery guys. Couch comfortable love the colour and feel will go back again.

Beautiful Dining table – We bought the banksia 6 dining table with Paris chairs, and absolutely LOVE it. It is made with great quality timber, matches our aesthetic of our house perfectly and caught our eye straight away in the store, we werent planning on purchasing a dining table for a few more months but we couldnt pass it up, especially with the end of financial deals going on at the time. The service in store is always wonderful; Sharon has assisted me with my last two purchases, she's friendly and has fantastic product knowledge. Collection/delivery of my purchases has always been friendly and fast and the items are always packaged securely for transport.

Bloody fantastic !! – Amazing product, just what we were after, easy delivery and set up, so comfy !!! Easy to find it store with a helpful assistant and being able to sit on multiple couches to see which one we liked best.
