Not received my online order. The delivery status kept showing “Unable to Delivery”. A customer service won't help much, just saying not receiving the returned item. Do not order online order from this brand. Also, no refund only a credit store or exchange. Such a scam.

Won't offer refund of shipping costs to return faulty products – Ordered 4 pairs of earrings and not gold as pictured in the photo. Provided a refund for products and they agreed it did not meet the photo description online. But won't refund the shipping cost to send back items not as described. promptly. All my outfits arrived and I loved everything I bought. However, since then, I have lost 7 buttons off of 3 garments... They just keep falling off! For one of the shirts, each time I wear it from the very first wear, a button falls off. It's such a simple thing yet how is this happening with multiple garments. I think forecast needs to reapproach how these are attached and fix this issue as I'm starting to expect it from all my items. Material on the other hand, was surprisingly good quality. Cannot fault the items apart from the button issues.

Outstanding Service – I ordered a product from Forcast Clothing, but unfortunately, my parcel was lost by Australia Post. However, Forcast’s customer service was outstanding. Carmen was super helpful and quickly offered me a replacement/store credit . I really appreciate their prompt support and will definitely shop with them again!

None of their clothes I have received have been quality you would expect for their price range. The online returns policy is very poor, you have to pay shipping and returns are only for store credit. I ended up with over $100 of store credit that I was too scared to use on their clothes I had to just order belts and hair accessories to be safe.

Against my better judgement, I gave them another try with another order...and I was just overcharged over $100 from my bank account!

This is ridiculous! I'm a regular online shopper at many many stores, but have never once come across anything like this. I will not be trying my luck again at Forcast.

BAD first-time customer experience - beware! – I bought two knit skirts in different colours that were on sale. The skirts were size large, my usual size. time later I received a call from customer support. They were claiming the skirt I'd tried on was "damaged" (they had photos) and because of the damage, wouldn't accept my return.

At first I was confused...damage?? I'd only just tried it on--an ELASTIC skirt in my size!

The woman explained that there were multiple “holes” along the waistband, and thus Forcast would not accept the return.

After talking it through and viewing the photos, it became apparent that the seam on the stretch skirt’s waistband had popped because it was sewn without enough overlap. It happened so quickly that I didn't even notice. Shoddy construction and yet Forcast refused to refund me my money. How disappointing!

I explained how I had only tried the skirt on, wasn’t aware of creating any damage whatsoever, etc. etc. but this was met by deaf ears and the customer-service “broken record” technique.

“We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” “But I didn’t wear it, I only tried it on.” “We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” “But shouldn’t your items be sewn well enough that they can be tried on without the seam popping?” “We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” Etc.

Too bad I HADN'T noticed the popped seam, because then I would have marked the reason for my original return as a "defective product"--which is exactly what it was. (Instead I'd indicated the reason for my return was change of mind/fit.)

Of course, none of this held any weight with the customer service rep who called me. Forcast would rather make ME eat the expense and lose a potential good customer forever! (What is with the "customer service representatives" who REFUSE to see anything from the customer's perspective?!)

I reiterated one last time my belief that the never-worn, still-with-tags-on skirt was defective and that the skirt seam simply popped when I tried it on ONE TIME.

“We only accept items returned in the original unworn condition.”

So naturally I responded, “I will never buy anything from your store again," and I will advise others to consider doing the same! Shoddy construction, and shoddy, shortsighted treatment of customers.

need it. I recently returned three items to Forcast online, because my normal size didn't fit, paid for the shipping back, received a store credit, and then when I used the credit I had to pay for shipping again. Ridiculous.

Most of Forcast's items are amazing, but some are poor quality. I have had holes come up in the belt area of pants after a couple of wears, and buttons come off tops easily. It's not ideal when pricing is on average the ~$90 per item mark. I bet this is the reason that clothing is often marked down so heavily - cheap items with high margins.

When I was in store once, I found an item that I had already purchased previously in my size, but a button was missing and it had a makeup stain on it. I brought it to the attention of the staff member and offered to purchase it and mend it for a discount, because I already owned it and liked it. She offered only 10% off and I declined, and she popped it back on the rack. Not a good look!

Forcast, I recommend that you improve with shipping and returns. You've lost an online customer through your website. I'll be shopping your items through The Iconic in the future if I want them, and moving to other brands for the quality.

They don't hold items in your cart! – When shopping online they do not put your cart on hold! It has happened so many times when I am putting things on my cart it was still available so you continue browsing and adding more things but when you check out some thing in your cart is now "out of stock". get a bigger size and pray that it fits. So I have wasted $22 on shipping back and forth to receive an item that will likely not fit. This company is incredibly behind and clearly doesn't value their customers. For example, other online clothing stores alike Princess Polly provide free return labels and refunds for all items including sale items incredibly quickly and efficiently.

When informing customer service it would be easier to simply go to a tailor and get the item fixed spending further money for an item that I received faulty I was informed by customer service staff that would be my choice.

now your lucky if you get them for $399) and the quality is the same if not slightly worse, along with the repetitive 'new' (same as last years but lets just say they are new for this year) items consistently offered in black black black and more morbid black. portmans has retained about the same price point over the years but the quality is wishy washy at best unless you go instore and actively hunt for a good piece. i aint got no time for that, besides they have very little storefronts left open

forcast seems to have kept hold of the price point and quality over the years, great for office then for after work drinks without feeling like an out of place suit in a pub. moved to other side of australia where there is no store (surprise most fashion shops are these days). no matter, i shop online now (for years) with no issues

decent pricing, good quality material and stitching, fast delivery, free delivery for over $$, online specials, true to size, nice range of casual and work wear (could do with a little less black now and again).

tried other new aussie start up fashion shops (showpo etc) of the same price range with disappointing quality, sizing was hit and miss and returns terms are nightmare. forcast apparently make a fair amount of their clothes here in australia which probably explains why the sizing is true to description rather than an odd shaped import from overseas cheap pump and dump factories

Amazing clothing – I love the clothing line at forcast. It is flattering, easy to wear, quality and reasonably priced. The only trouble I had was they kept running out of my size when I wanted to buy things even the new items, which I would have thought there would be lots of stock.
