channel 9 turning up on Monday let’s come to a reasonable refund as you were quite rude to me on the phone. The mattress neally cost $5000 The business you moved from burnt down and it’s a no wonder treating customers this way. Refund or current affair and legal action

After purchasing a king size bed from the Highpoint store, I have experienced serious allergies as a result of the fabric and have not been able to sleep in the same room due to the sensitivity this is causing. receiving a call back only for this to not eventuate. I have also escalated the matter to the head office only to also receive the same response of call backs to be organised which are not eventuating. The lack of support and leaving me to sleep on a mattress in a separate room with no sense of closure or peace of mind has shown no regard to their obligations under consumer law and also my own wellbeing. Given this experience, I do not encourage any one to purchase from here as they essentially make your life difficult and cause you a lot of grief in the process. I will be pursuing this matter further if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution.

approaching us at all. Then we came to forty winks and met Andrew. What a top bloke. Friendly, not salesy. Answered allllll of my questions. Got out alllll the fabric choices for me. Even when I said i wanted to visit one more store before i 100% decided, he was super cool about it. Last store guy says to me, "yeah look when you are serious about buying come back' gross... made me leave right then and go spend all our dollars with our new mate back at Fortys. Super happy with our king size regis. And also had fun doing the mattress test thing so we both get what we need for our best sleep. Thank you again for a great experience. service but in the end my daughter decided since Mona had been so good and Forty Winks seemed to have the best option for her, we went back and she bought there. The mattress was delivered as arranged on Saturday 7/1/23. When we were about to unwrap the mattress on Saturday evening, we discovered the bag had a small cut and the fabric and foam of the mattress had also suffered damage. Mona was contacted by email that night and on Sunday was on to it already, making arrangements for a resolution. A new mattress was delivered Tuesday morning. I met the delivery guys to receive it on behalf of my daughter. They were great swapping them over but suggested they give the replacement mattress a close inspection before leaving. Would you believe they found a stain on the fabric (despite the bag still being sealed)! They were straight on the phone to the warehouse and confirmed another was available and had their manager check it thoroughly before immediately returning to swap it over. They were back again within the hour and then kindly unpacked and installed the mattress on the now assembled bed base. Dave and his colleague were fantastic, very professional and attentive and of course very apologetic about the issues. Although a little inconvenient, what matters is not so much that there is a problem, but how it is handled and these guys, you could not fault! Well done to all the Forty Winks Nunawading team from retail store through to the warehouse and delivery team! I can highly recommend them.

Just purchased a King Koil , King size mattress and base through Forty Winks Shepparton. It's our 3rd king koil bed and as expected we are very happy with it. Thanks for ignoring my emails . Don’t ever buy a mattress at this store , after 3 years of trying to fix a problem they have wiped their hands clean . If you have an issue with your bed they will try to repair it and buying a bed with rusty springs inside you have to wonder there practices .No refund offered next step legal action thanks!

But you can have the floor stock mmmm very poor paid full price now take second hand floor store Then also told will not deliver lamps as not safe in truck. Your kidding you sold us a package now y require us to physically come into store to collect lamps but still pay delivery. Rang store got nowhere. Basically back luck goodbye. Then top it all off sent email saying pay delivery drive double what you where quoted. This store is unreal. Do not buy from here terrible shocking service. Poor communication and furniture that tips over – The sales team on the day we purchase our bedroom suite was fantastic. waiting for the tall boy and the side tables. So I said I would like the bed and frame delivered and I would pick up the rest from the warehouse whe. It was ready to avoid paying a second delivery fee. The bed was delivered no dramas. 2 months later I still hadn't heard about the other furniture so I called again and was told it was waiting to be picked up. So I drove to the store and was then told the warehouse was in another suburb. At no point did they question what car I had or the face that I was on my own planning to move this very heavy furniture. So I got to the warehouse with my SUV and was immediately told there was no way any of it would fit through the doors. Because it isn't flat pack. So I had to pay for the second delivery. Now we love the look of the furniture but the tall boy and side tables tip forward constantly if two drawers are open so the must be fixed to the wall. Which is fine except the fixings are so long that everything falls off the top of the tables when they tip. This is not good furniture to have with small kids. It's the Daytona suite for anyone who has read this far!

Had a really good experience at Forty Winks Narre Warren. Maryanne really knows her stuff and was super helpful without being pushy at all, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. All the staff were lovely too. Would definitely recommend!

I was fortunate enough to take advantage of the birthday sales and I was pleasantly surprised at my savings. We ultimately found something that met our needs and have been very happy with our purchase which we have found to be a quality product.
