Shame to have to edit my initail review below. After i insisted on clearer comunication afyer zero once it entered construction phase i am presented with extreme delays. To be told i would have my granny flat end of october at latest mid November i am now told i can expect handover at no date provided in 2026. Apparently service falls to the… Read more
wayside once you start payments, appears they have too much work and haven't planned accordingly. Had I known this i would of gone elsewhere as I actually need this to accommodate my disabilities.
**[Name Removed] was such a thoughtful and responsive sales agent. He helped me modify the plans to suit my disability needs and was so helpful offering insight and options to suit my needs. Amanda doing the administration process was equally thoughtful by helping me with fixtures and fittings that were athesthically pleasing while being in line with my disability needs presented by my occupational therapist. So far I am very pleased with the service I have received and I am looking forward to receiving my fox granny flat in 6 to 8 weeks.

tests, ensuring all the correct options were selected and getting approval successfully through a difficult council. It's still early day with Sarah who is the liaison during the construction phase but so far we are being kept well up to date with progress and photos.

great to deal with – Hi all this review is a bit late i bought from them when they were in malaga... they moved to gnangarra during our build but it did not cause any delays.. I wrote the original review about 6 years ago on google... any way it was good then and the build has held up well.. the cladding is un damaged by the full Perth sun.. the floor and wet areas… Read more · 1
are still solid so the materials are good... the other reviews on this site match our experience.. my only tip is you get exactly what you ask for.. so think carefully about the position of: power point placement, interior walls, wet area placement, orientation, windows and doors etc.. the default position might not be what you need ... but fox cant know unless you tell them. if you do... it was then it was done for us no extra charge.. but i forgot about 1 window placement so the default placement was my fault.. its minor. we got a free wet area upgrade because they were out of stock on the cheaper model.. so they just put it in to get the build on time.. recommended the plan shoes a basic empty space .. i used 3 mirror wardrobes make the interior room separation.. you need wardrobe space .. you can use them as a wall.. gives a flexible space easily expanded or shrunk..

Don't judge a book – It's early days, but things are going swimmingly to date. One thing I'd like to suggest is a change of name from 'Granny Flats' - we're not all grannies moving into these hardy little hide-aways, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if grannies were in the minority for these little gems. into a restricted space) or "Stylish Spacesavers" - even "Chic Shacks" (chic = stylish and elegant). I think Fox has chosen its team really well, everyone I've met so far has been knowledgeable, kind and polite.
Very easy process! – Fox Granny Flats have been great to deal with, they communicate well and the overall process has been very easy. Pre-Start was very easy. We had an error in the wrong tile being installed from what was selected but Fox communicated this to us and handled the situation professionally to quickly resolve. Simple yet stylish with great service to boot – Fox offer a simple, yet stylish product. Their offering is efficient and streamlined, which has meant we can live onsite while our main home is being built. Their build time is significantly reduced when compared with their competitors. Granny Flat comfort – My wife and I have just completed the installation of a granny flat at our sons house in Karratha. performance and fast responses when I asked for some details. The excellent performance continued through the planning stage. Then came approval through council this is where you learn all about the by-laws of the Shire. It was a bit frustrating at times but Fox helped me through it all the way till council approval and the building permit was issued. Construction started January and ended mid March I was given weekly updates with some photos of the progress. It wasn't till I received the building when it had been craned into position and we looked through that we could see the quality of workmanship and fixtures throughout. The cupboards, shower recess and screen, laundry trough and kitchen sink are all good quality. The front and back sliding doors are excellent. We are both very happy with the building we have received. We thank all the staff at Fox for their services and their attention to quality. John and AL

Great value for money, we love it – The Fox team has been excellent from beginning to end. Customer support always had a quick response. We love our large kitchen, plenty of storage in pantry and plenty of cupboard space. Only thing I'd do different is have a thicker lino throughout (as i dropped something heavy-ish and it caused a hole) We have been in our house for about 6 months now and everything is working well. When it was time for maintenance to come do a check, they came within the week. We are really happy with the overall cost of our build and we had no surprises at final costing. Their estimation on cost was perfect. Definitely recommend these guys.
