Terrible – I put enquired with these guys, I have full time employment and wanted to consolidate all my loans as I'm getting overwhelmed with what to pay and where to start. I was assured I would be communicated with and kept updated. After giving them access to bank accounts for banks lips they have gone dark on me, not even telling me they can't help. They've just outright ignored me.

my one of my loans was secured. However [Name Removed] did not tell me that my secured loan was going to be the main problem and advised me to make complaints to afca anyways it was a big ordeal as I decided to keep my car and was aware of it being outside of my agreement. So I had not heard from [Name Removed] for 2 weeks so he got back to me and told me they could no longer help because of my car loan and that I didn’t have enough money to pay all the creditors off? I feel let down as I had trusted all my credit information and felt he had it all under control only to be told in his last email - you should declare bankrupt. As soon as he got back to all my creditors came back to me with back payments from the freeze and the hardship rejections foxsymes left me with a mess to clean up. [Name Removed] also didn’t contact all my creditors as they were still debiting me and I ended up reaching out to another part 9 company and shared everything with them and they were on it immediately. I wish they didn’t give up on me but hopefully this next company will get it done for foxsymes. My experience started positive and promising but a month later turned into abandoned and left with the mess to clean up.

Do not make my mistake! – I entered a debt agreement in 2017, and I have paid off the debt in 2020 to Fox Symes. banned from so manythings! They didn't mention it actually is a type of bankruptcy and going to impact my life for god knows how long. Please be aware of what you are going through, Please read the papers properly and don't rely on what you hear over the phone! I paid off my debt to Fox Symes 2 years in advance but that didn't change anything for me and still paying for the mistake that I have done to get their help. that sort of ruined my financial life. Communication and fees – Fox Synes do not disclose the 12.5% fee in the total debt. All you know if of a $6-700 administration fee. Have repeatedly asked for information showing e were provided this and ignored. No information provided, also no one calls back. They also double dip fees if you have a joint debt, eg $40,000 debt in 2 names they charge 12.5% on the total… Read more

get a home loan and I’m on 6-figures. Try to make deal with your banks first before debt agreement. Not worth it!!!! I know it’s hard but face up to your finances, seek real help. Do not make my mistake. It will stick with you for god knows how long.. I’m surprised they allow companies like this to operate. The positive reviews are from people who have just signed up but search for the ones 5-10 years later who have actually lived through first hand. These are the reviews you need to look at.

An absolute pleasure to deal with! – I dealt with a gentleman called Nick, and needless to say he went above and beyond to help me find and fix a problem i had with my credit score. He called more people than he needed to made everything easy, was very transparent with all of his communication, gave me multiple options and avenues i could use or take to help my situation.

Absolute predatory in nature, taking advantage of people in precarious situations avoid at all costs! – Close to $10k in administration fees which is added to your debt.
