Junior and Sam provided exceptional delivery service for me today! As a single mother with 2 daughters we were definitely going to struggle getting our new lounge unwrapped and inside. Not only did they pull of a very tricky delivery into my study (no way I could have done it without them) they also took the huge box and packaging away and made sure the lounge was fully set up before they left. 10 out of 10! Show reply

Please be aware of purchasing a sofa from Freedom Furniture and potentially Amart Furniture as since June 2025 these are owned by the same business and have a CEO that oversees both brands (Lee Chadwick). The lounge was delivered, unpacked and setup by the Freedom delivery team.

So far everything was great. Then they said there is a massive stain on the headrest, this is a rusty coloured stain.

I requested them to take it back and swap the damaged item over, they apologized gave me a card and said they can’t take the unit away and that we would need to submit a warranty claim, I said this is not a warranty claim this is a defective item on delivery and install.

We submitted the claim on the same morning Friday 20/02/2026

Had no contact about the outcome or action to resolve this, I rang there warranty team on the Monday, this hadn’t been looked at, they said they would arrange for their cleaning contractor to book a time to clean the lounge.

The cleaning company rang later that afternoon and came in Tuesday morning, they were unsuccessful in removing the stains, we had also noticed at this stage that the 2 wooden feet were split.

I have rang everyday to get a update and resolution on this damaged delivery to be told the claim has been escalated, I request each call to speak with the Manager, the answer is the same they are to busy, today it was they are off sick.

This company doesn’t appear to care about its customers once they have your money.

The time, stress & anxiety is taking its toll.

I strongly suggest giving both Freedom and potentially Amart a miss if you don’t wish to get ignored and frustrated when the product doesn’t meet the expectations.

Since starting to post on platforms they have reached out to settle for $315. This offer has been rejected by us, we continue to request a replacement

interruption. Marcus and Dan were not only efficient but also incredibly considerate and respectful of my home. They took extra care with our floors and made sure everything was handled with mindfulness. The delivery was seamless, they got everything done quickly and placed each item exactly where I wanted it. they cleaned up all the rubbish afterward, leaving my space tidy and organized. If you're considering delivery, I highly recommend going through Freedom and opting for their service rather than attempting a self-delivery.
