Bad service – Purchased 2 bar stools on 15/5/2020 paid 50% deposit and was told delivery would be 6 weeks, it's now 20/7/2020 and after several phone calls finally told they would be another 9 weeks however they are still advertising the same bar stools on the internet. this is no way to run a business, it puts the staff under pressure to have to deal with… Read more

frustrated customers. I wonder how long we will have to wait for our deposit to be refunded. I don't know how they are still in business makes you wonder if there are deeper problems with this company.

Poor communication over delivery delays – I ordered several items worth just under $4000 at the end of January and was told it would be 4 weeks for delivery. When I called after 4 wks I was told it is normally 4-6 weeks. I went into the store yesterday and have now been told it will not be available until the end of May - 4 months! The only redeeming feature was that the man did seek further information on just exactly what they were waiting for and when it would be expected but it seems to be a poor investment in a so-called new ordering system if this information is not readily available to the store staff and not communicated to customers. ensure me it would not. I have been told they have no way of finding out delivery times, provided no compensation and given very little empathy. I have also called the customer service team who never called me back... @freedom Australia I would love a phone call.

For perfect sevice this is the store for you – Ease of layout of store. Huge range of products on show. Customer service 10/10. Friendly, courteous, willingness to help, great product knowledge. Didn't receive any of this from the other larger retailers. Still waiting on delivery of product due to COVID transport issues. I was looking for a sofa & was shown so many options. needed it to sell others.....WHY!!!! you won’t have any in stock anyway!!!! Ridiculous way to run a business, they wouldn’t be happy if I took the item and decided to pay 3 months later so why should I have to wait for my item. They don’t care about their customers, they want their business to run under that system....well I won’t be going back, very shoddy, and will advise my friends to look elsewhere also. Very poor business practices.
