Wanted a floor rug a number were on sale but many stores like Artarmon , were out of stock of a large number of rugs. They wont sell the sample rug and don't get more rugs in -I checked over a 4 week period ,but they leave the sample hanging up-not sure why. So they look up whether other stores have them and you are supposed to drive to some kms… Read more

to another store which is not possible for many. If you buy online you get hit with a delivery charge of about 15 plus dollars plus if its under $149 but if you add 4 wine glasses to bring the total up to $149 the delivery charge goes up to $59 . Gave up

If we could give zero stars we would...we purchased a Mass Round Coffee Table Marble Terrazzo just 16 moths ago for over a $1000 and it started to crumble due to structural cracks underneath....Freedom washed their hands and said it was the result of wear and tear. This table is extraordinarily heavy and has been in the same spot since purchase...so wear and tear in a stationary position?.... that's not feasible.....buyers beware Show details

Damaged table and broken chair – The most regretful purchase is at Artarmon Freedom. I bought a dinning table with chairs. Table delivered has a hole and one chair is broken. Delivery guys told us table and chair can be replaced. I called Freedom, no response and actions. It’s been 3 months, still no result. Show details

I love browsing the Artarmon store because it’s played out beautifully and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a heavily discounted buffet that was on sale and then further on sale due to being floor stock and having a faulty hinge (which was easily fixed by unscrewing and screwing it back on). It was easy to navigate the store. The range of products was ok, although I ended up finding just 1 sofa set that I really liked. Great customer service – We bought a bed for my daughter and when I got home I ordered the matching chair from the internet. It was clearance and the order went wrong. Matt from Artarmon helped me and really cared. He went out of his way to investigate, find me a chair and was really prompt calling me back. It was a delightful customer experience. Exceptional Buying Experience – I have a narrow balcony (2.2m x 6m) and came to the Artarmon Freedom store. Fantastic service – Shirley at Freedom Artarmon was fantastic in helping me select a a new modular sofa and working through pricing and payment options. The boss, an interior designer, came over and provided some advice on colour looking at photos of my living room which was just fantastic as I couldn’t decide which colour.
