I’ve been asked to write a review. Only 3 stars because I haven’t received the order yet. Belrose shop was great and so was the staff member we dealt with. I went to Belrose wanting to see a sofa I had seen online before ordering it. Within a minute of entering the store, Sam, the manager, led me to the sofa (TOMI 2 seater) gave me advice on which colour I should go with ( Hervey Pepper) & gave me an extra 5% off my new purchase. Friendly staff with a nice layout of items on display. The store is not too busy and the staff are relaxed and still helpful enough. No pressure browsing. Would like to see more of a range of outdoor pots and planters however. Show reply

Purchased a mirror, it is perfect. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong mirror from the store room and only knowing this when we’d returned home we then had to return to exchange it.

Delayed delivery – We ordered a sofa in Mid March for delivery mid May, was later told via automated email it would be delayed until June, now had another automated email saying end July…. There was never a suggestion delivery would be delayed when we purchased. If you’re thinking of buying a sofa suggest looking somewhere else unless you want to wait 4-5 months! Do not buy a kitchen from them! – Very very poor quality. We purchased a kitchen which developed faults within under a year. Freedom accused us of misuse which is utterly incorrect. We are extremely disappointed with their conduct and product and we are will be claiming our rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Show details

show I sold it" not customer focussed - freedom needs a better system to reward the in store workers to give good service, as lots of people want to browse the item IRL then buy online later e.g. when a sale is on.

Lady serving me was helpful and polite. Asked if I needed any help and then gave me the freedom to look around. She told me her name and said to find her if I needed any assistance. Not pushy! Show details ·  1

I had a great experience at Freedom Belrose. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My sales consultant, Sam, was patient and helpful in recommending the right products. We bought 4 dinning chairs. Although they were not immediately available, we were satisfied with the service and the price. They were on sale and we basically got 4 chairs for the price of 3. The store itself was easy to get around and there was plenty of stock on the floor. Show details ·  1

Corina zarafetes is the best sales / designer I have ever encountered . Her natural flair is evident in her choices and her sales skills are an asset to your business . Came into the store looking for a recliner chair and due to a knee injury I needed to purchase asap and delivered asap. choice of what we were looking at, after explaining my urgent need of a recliner, she was so efficient in looking on the system to see if there was any in stock available for sale now and took the time to look out the back and checked other stores, she asked if I would mind other options of colour and fabric and found me one in another store and we paid for it on the spot and it is being delivered the next day. To have a staff member that goes above and beyond to help you find what you need in the time frame you need it, Freedom has a very valuable staff member in Corinna.

Joy is joyful – Joy who served us was absolutely amazing. And we are super happy with our purchase. Came in for a bed, left with an entire living room. The discounts they had on pretty much halved our cost. Winning! Show details ·  1

Excellent customer service from Corinna – Corinna was extremely helpful from the time I arrived in the store. She understood what I was after and helped me find it.
