Delivery service was excellent. We were kept up to date with text and a phone call. The three young men that delivered our two Dexter electric recliner sofas today, Saturday 28 February were very friendly, professional, quick and took all the packaging away. better price available than the advertised sale price on the sideboard. Imagine my delight when there was! When the item was delivered it was just perfect. The delivery being from the floor meant that there was no assemble needed. I have been really happy with my purchase as the quality is really good.

Rude beviour – Very rude beviour from one of the lady.charged us 100$ for a mini bottle spray which was accidentally broke by the 2 year kid and the way of handling the situation is very bad.they don't even informed us if they have included this in the billing as we purchased 2k worth of items and asked us to leave as store is closing.not expected this from freedom.

Worst Experience Ever – Last November 2022 I ordered a sofa bed with the expectation of the arrival date to be Mid-February. to be delivered by Freedom Furniture distribution centre on 28 April 2023 which was three months later than expected. There is something seriously wrong with the logistics of this company. Delivery Truck arrived which was too large to fit into a very large driveway and loading dock. Delivery drivers advised the sofa bed was unable delivered as it would not fit into the apartment lift and returned it to the distribution centre. I was reassured delivery would be an option through a private source however this option was never resolved. The refund option only offered 20% of the total amount. In order to get the refund minus 20% deposit, I needed to provide a copy of my drive license and bank statement snapshot and full bank account details including name BSB and Account number to prove my identity and that I live at my address. The day before my expected sofa bed delivery I donated my previous couch to charity. I have also been now advised I will refunded on the 15 May 2023 as this is Freedom Furniture’s next pay cycle for refunds. I am still waiting on a refund whilst I sit on the floor in my living room as well as being out of pocket of 20% due to the terms and conditions of the refund policy. My experience has been so stressful both emotionally and financially.

Expensive lounge made with cheap material. Don't buy! – Purchased Salsie MK11 modular lounge 2 years and 5 months ago. The staff at the Jindalee store couldn't have been lovelier. No hard sell, plenty of patience - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough. Lovely store and experience – The store presentation is beautiful and the furniture/products are high quality. There are some Australian made furniture options available, and the delivery times have improved since COVID. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly, some also have interior design knowledge which is very helpful. Absolutely horrific to deal with after delivery people damaged my property – Gave one star for the lady who sold us the furniture (she was lovely) but that’s it. Spent over 10 grand in store and waited 6 months for delivery (which was ok) but they got dodgy delivery people who scratched my timber floor. posted the thread of emails, you’d laugh at how any store/managers could be so incoherent and unprofessional. Do NOT buy from Freedom. It’s not worth the inevitable damage of your property, not the stress you will go through.

Unusual and eye catching stools – I found a stool that was out of the common way called Tapas Jindalee Freedom. They are sturdy but easy to move. And they were on sale!
