My experience with dealing with this store was sub standard and subsequently I will NOT be returning to again…. Disorganised / poor computer system ,staff not knowing where my order or receipt for purchases were.clunky system.needs to be addressed.!!! False and misleading information regarding delivery dates and lack of details on the product for the sake of getting a sale…very unprofessional indeed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ordering what we wanted was quick and easy. Couches came on time and in perfect condition, with very thoughtful delivery guys. Great service. Show reply

We purchased the Tomi chair and ottoman and absolutely love them. This piece was a little different to what we had been looking for but when we saw it in store, we instantly fell in love. Thankfully is fits our space perfectly. Both pieces are extremely roomy and comfortable, they were easy to put together and the quality of the fabric is beautiful. There management stink and very unreasonable and unrealistic targets for there staff. A severe toxic work environment. All management should be sacked and freedom need to look at how they treat there staff and customers. Staff are rude and almost 6 months later I'm still waiting – Found what I wanted in store easily and placed my order with a staff member. At the time I placed my order, December 2021, I was not advised of any delays whatsoever. I contacted Freedom online after placing my order and was told there was a delay of 12 to 16 weeks. and I still don't have my order. Freedom said they would be contacting customers about the delay but I've had nothing but a couple of generic messages and nothing since April.

I've tried contacting Freedom to get an update and had no reply other than the generic response that says they will get back to me within 5 days. It's been 6 months now and we don't have anywhere to sit in our loungeroom.

It's been a disappointing and frustrating experience

Have tried calling the store and they have hung up on me when I spelled my name for them to look up my order.

I will be seeking a refund in full.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Covid as we have purchased other furniture it’s from Nick Scalli after our Freedom purchase and they arrived months ago.

Had we know the sales pitch speech was terrible we never would have bothered with Freedom and we would have chosen a couch elsewhere.

I will never ever buy any furniture from Freedom again!!

What an absolute disaster this has been.

I honestly don’t believe I will ever receive the couch, so looks like I’m going to have to try and get my money back which is more time I have to spend on this useless business!

The staff at Freedom Geelong were so helpful in the selection of our new rug. Although it was listed as out of stock on line- when I enquired when it would be available, to my surprise they advised that they had one out the back of the store. I purchased a dinner set online and picked it up from Freedom Geelong. We love the set, it’s just what we were looking for and the shopping experience was super easy and clear to follow.
