Furniture Bazaar Osborne Park

Online photos not matching product in real life misleading and no discount offered for inconvenience of this customer experience despite admitting it was true! Disappointing.

Shocking experience with furniture, Bazaar – Absolutely terrible company for customer care product broke after four weeks of warranty ending and for a large expensive product. They have made no effort to help me fix or repair my large piece of furniture. after warranty ends. Zero customer care and zero care for customers in general. Stay clear of this place go somewhere else. Customer relations will not help you they just want you to go away not even consumer protection. Get any response from them

Particle board in new bed has terrible smell, still waiting for a solution 4 weeks later – Initially, I was happy with the service provided at purchase. pay a handyman to put it together. It took him over two hours. The store's technician confirmed later that this is a difficult bed to put together. Worse than that is the smell coming from the particle board the mattress sits on. My whole bedroom smells of it, it is a horrible sour smell, has not lessened in 4 weeks. I have spoken to a carpenter about it and apparently the particle board should have been sealed to prevent this from happening. I have contacted the store several times and also spoken to the friendly technician but am still waiting for the issue to be rectified.

information she left us to try and talk at our leisure until we came to our own non pushy decision, Junny is a definate asset for your company. No discount after requesting possibilities but Junny confirmed you are right to at least ask (you never know) but we were totally happy with product and price on this occasion.

We were also amazed she was able to secure us a delivery date within 3 days rather than 3 months most furniture dealers are offering.

After searching for many weeks unsuccessfully, this whole experience was a pleasure, no stress great outcome dealing with real people that thoroughly enjoy their job, Thank You Junny keep smiling and I'm sure we will see you again very soon, excellent customer service!

Very good customer service and good furniture for a decent price!! – Sampada was first contact and she helped us choose all our beds (4 beds), we went back and bought a couch too (Marlow chase), delivery was taken care of very swiftly by Irfan after initial misunderstanding of the date for which I am very grateful for Irfan! I really do want to commend both team members on their high level of customer service... having worked 13 years in Retail/Sales Management myself and holding a high expectation due to this I was truly and simply blown away by the service that was given! Shut down the store – I am rewriting this review, as it appears store choose NOT to publish previous review. Worth service ever received. Manager never present or respond to emails or returns phone call. Lounge purchased from store was torn and delivered without legs. Store had the odicitie to put blame on me. No apology or offer to rectify problem. Do not buy from this store!

Buyer beware! – Recently bought the Convent bed with storage as I thought it would be handy to have the extra storage. Upon assembling the bed and putting the mattress on, it's way too high. spoke to [name removed] who was going to speak to his manager. The manager called me back and said that it was obvious how high the bed is and that I should have seen the bed compared to other beds that were on display. He was arguing with me and admitted it! Firstly, seeing the bed in the store is much different to seeing the bed in a bedroom with limited space (which [name removed] knew when I was initially looking). Secondly, [name removed], who as the salesperson, should have just made mention that the bed is higher than standard. The manager then said he would speak to his line manager and when he called me back, said there's nothing they can do once the bed is unpacked. There was absolutely no compassion or any regard for me as a customer. Their customer service is fine when you're in the store to buy something (as they want the sale), however their post purchase service is shocking! I am absolutely disgusted at their customer service. Perhaps we should all get in the business of selling beds as there is no recourse once the bed is purchased... The shop has the money and the customer is left with a high bed that they have difficulty getting on!!

We bought the Thomas twin bunk bed for our kids and it was the worst experience of our life – Firstly when we opened the box to build two of end pieces were incorrect so we had to drive all the way back (we were based in Scarborough) to the Cannington warehouse to swap the pieces. We then tried again to build it only to discover there were cracks in the frame and the ladder was broken. We then had to embark on a huge battle to receive a full refund. Beware of this badly run company selling an inferior product!!!!

Excellent products and service – I was served by Pritesh and he was so helpful and understood exactly what I wanted without me even having to say much at all. I came in to buy a bed frame, and with Pritesh's help I also left with an amazing new mattress that I definitely needed.

Loving the lounge! – Recently purchased the Atessa modular lounge - absolutely loving it in my theatre! Junny was lovely to deal with and was not pushy at all - excellent customer service. When we went to pick up the products it was seamless, I was there for maybe 5 minutes and my car was loaded up and I was on my way. Very efficient.

furniture hadn't been inspected after arriving in Australia.

Since then, Furniture Bazaar's pass-the-buck customer service response to get this rectified has been terrible. It was 36 hours before someone picked up the phone. No acknowledgement of emails. No call back when they say they will, and now are having to chase the supplier to get anything done.

Meanwhile we are sleeping on the floor. Not Happy
