Worse furniture ever – This furniture shop is the worse place to buy anything from. They have a bad reputation and they have received so many complaints from customers. Will never again buy anything from here. BUYER BEWARE.. Show details

Refused to allow Zip payment – As stated on their website they accept Zip Pay as payment, went into store only to be told because the item was already reduced on sale Zip Payment wont be accepted, was forced into a 4 week layby instead. Found out now that they cant refuse Zip Payment for marked down items. Wont be shopping there again after being lied to

Warranty Department Lacking – We purchased a lovely modular lounge however the cushion to the chaise caved in almost immediately and offered no support despite nobody in our family being large or overweight. collected for repairs the following Monday. Nobody showed up or called to say it was not proceeding and we didn't receive a call until the end of the week to reschedule. This is still yet to be settled.

Poor quality furniture with warranty problems – I purchased a two seater sofa In-store at Rockingham and within weeks the fabric stitching had torn due to poor production quality. sofa was returned, the only explanation offered for the delay was a delivery/transport issue. It was apparently too much hassle for the drivers to make an hour detour to return it the day after its repaired, it's easier to make the customer wait.

I've now spoken with several staff members at the warehouse and the store manager (very rude and aggressive) but the issue hasn't been resolved.

I'm told the sofa can be repaired in a single day, one man from the warehouse said in an afternoon but even then it's possibly several days of waiting for it to be returned.

Given the delay in the initial delivery and the attitude from the staff now I'm not optimistic about what state the couch would be in after spending several days being shuffled around their warehouse and trucks.

As of this posting the sofa has not been repaired, my request for a day/time of pick up and prompt return date and time not responded to.

I've been forced to take the matter further outside furniture bazaar.

I would not recommend furniture bazaar to anyone and won't ever go back.

written quote. When the time came to make our purchase we sought out Margaret and purchased the bed and also a lounge suite. We were delighted with the bed but after 24 hours found the lounge to be too firm. We revisited the store and arrangements were made to collect the first lounge and replace it with a different selection. The paperwork for this and the liaison with FB management and warehouse staff was handled efficiently by Tien who we also found to have a very helpful attitude and he was assisted by Michelle. So good old fashioned service is alive and well in Rockingham thanks mainly to Margaret and Tien - supported by FB's competitive pricing. Well done.

The only negative is outside the control of FB and involves their contract delivery people - we would probably opt to make our own delivery arrangements with any future dealings as the delivery people were quite rough and disrespectful.

Amazing customer service – I would have to say I just received the best customer service I've had in a very long time. me much of a discount at all, so I decided to give the Rockingham store a ring and find out pricing and if they had the lounge. Pritesh gave me the same price so we said our goodbyes and I carried on at looking at other furniture stores in Mandurah. About an hour later Pritesh called me back saying he had spoken to his boss and they decided to give me a decent discount and they had the lounge on the floor so I could have a look at it. I drove the extra 30 minutes and within 5 minutes of being at the store I purchased and arranged delivery, all with the help of Pritesh. His customer service skills are second to none and I highly recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be going back there when I require more furniture. We got the perfect couch for our first home, at a really good price, and the staff was really helpful! – They had furniture there for anyone’s budget and that is really great to see in a furniture shop.
