contract had one more month to go, as if I had a 13-MONTH CONTRACT!!! and they say we don't have any data from your starting date so basically that's what we say and you have to pay this! I asked to talk to someone who can help find that data or whatever and the "customer service" guy put me on held for 25 MINUTES until I gave up and hung up. I don't know how they can easily steal from people with government just watching!

More time off than on – Being limited to providers due to Opticom feed not nbn we picked fuzenet net to supply our internet it started well enough for the first few months but then it was problem on top of problem we would have coverage for a few minutes only to have continued drop outs going for weeks on end. that we had no internet feed when fuzenet where contacted again after some time we were informed that they had a server issue this fixed the problem for a very short time only for the same problem re surface worst than ever and unable to be resolved. In the end we changed provider to internode and have not had any issues since. In stating the continuous problems we did have with fuzenet net l do believe each time l made contact to have the issue resolved the customer service and technical people did try to help but for what ever reason either did not have the knowledge or the system could just not cope with the volume of customers trying to be serviced.

appalling customer service – I cancelled my service as I moved and Fuzenet have been harassing and threatening me claiming that my account is overdue and I owe them $22, despite me having paid up until the day I moved and disconnected the service. They are threatening to refer my matter to their debt collection agency and my 'debt' recorded against my credit file. Absolute joke and appalling customer service. Fuzenet were recently acquired by Aussie Broadband. Show details

Poor customer service, bad internet connection – Hour long wait times, customer service rep was unable to comprehend anything and hung up on me, there was one occasion she just acted there was a hearing problem and not respond at all. Then back to another hour wait over the phone. The recent outage has also cost me hours of work as I was required to work overnight shifts. Complaints filed were also not act upon. Horrible Customer Service – Services is generally ok, but God forbid, you have an issue. Takes ages (1.6 hrs) to get through to the agent. No response to emails for days. This is not an exception but a regular happening. Recommend to go with another provider that's offers easy customer contact. Show details

Terrible service – Terrible customer support, wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone. Had an internet outage for a full day last week. Tried to sort out my disconnection from this provider, had to spend 3 hours on the call (see the screenshot), they end up overcharging me for more than 30 days after my disconnection request.

Terrible – Don’t believe any fake reviews on here. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS and heed their warnings. Fuzenet are shockers. I believe they are just not answering their phones for tech support. promo - in writing and now they refuse to apply it and also state that they don’t have any notes or recordings/transcripts to look back on. How convenient. Save yourself a massive headache (even if you have to pay a little extra) and go with a better provider one that answers their phone when you need it most.

I have lost access to my FuzeNet/Uniti/AussieBroadband account and there is no possible way to remove my direct debit details or even log into my account. This is now being disputed with my bank as I have not found a resolution with your company.

Cancelling the service is difficult – Cancellation is only possible over call, which is a ~1 hour wait time and behind unnecessarily many menu options in the call. If you want to cancel when the your contact ends, you have to call after it ends, no premature cancelling. Breaking the contract costs over 300$(!) even if you only have one month left! Since my review 5 days ago my internet service is still down! BTW the 5star review below this is FAKE written by Fuzenet – Since my last review fuzenet promised tech support would contact me straight away. 5 days and in count and no calls like they promised. My internet has now been off for 10 days and no explanation or anything has been provided by fusenet. They simply do not care and have given up. WARNING STAY AWAY. Everything about this company is a lie. The 5-star reviews are fake, the feedback are a SHOW – They just pretend to care customers by leaving feedback but never actually reply your call/email to resolve problems. Slow speed, poor service, frequent disconnections. Emails are never answered and phone calls always require waiting for over an hour. In the end, they can't solve any problems. cancellation on 31st of March, but they postpone my application on purpose. And later request 30-day notice for month-to-month plan. Cancelled on 31st of Mar and fully paid until 18th of Apr, but Bank Account stilled being debit on 2nd of May. What a joke!

Beware of this terrible company and stay far far away from it.

A company without credibility, lies one after another. I wish I could rate 0 – Their internet speed is extremely slow and frequently disconnects. Even with a cap of 50/20 mbps for $70 per month, it's almost impossible to connect at night. cancel, they told me that I had to pay for an additional month because of the 30-day notice requirement.

I have called countless times (waiting for an hour each time) and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I later wrote a complaint, and a staff named Matt promised to help me fully resolve the issue, refund the money to my original account, and offered me three months of free service as an apology. ( According to what is happening later, this is just a way to persuade customer back again). Since I had already switched to another provider, I declined the offer but reiterated my request.

The staff(Matt) assured me on the phone that the money would be refunded. But when I asked him to send an email summarizing our conversation, he never sent it through. After about 10 days, I received a new bill, asking me to pay for the next month. What a ridiculous request!! I've cancelled a month ago and I've paid off all bills.

When I called, they denied everything and wouldn't answer the phone. Another colleague answered the call and said that Matt was not in the office and transferred me to the reimburse department, where I waited online for 1.5 hours. Eventually, the person in that department said that he had confirmed with Matt that there was no such thing as a refund and 30-day notice requirement still applies. So, I called back to look for Matt, but his phone can never be get through.

They are a group of scammers with no credibility. I hope everyone stays away from this terrible company in the future.

Only because Jeffrey F helped me – I have bad review yesterday as the customer service representative did not bother to check what actually happened and generalised the out come as unplanned outage; which did not help at all as there as other users in the same building where I stay were not affected at all.
