Awful – Cancelled LAST minute then did not turn up for the reschedule appointment ANDDDD didn't ring back after I contacted them to find our where they where, and to top it off lied on the phone for the reason for the cleaning service not turning up !!! Booked this 3 weeks ago so enough time honestly to organise some one to clean one lounge and scotch guard another new one

Absolute crap service – Set up his equipment and finished 3 bedrooms and a study and moved furniture in 20 minutes- I can't vacuum the rooms in that time. Is sub-contracted out by Steam Carpet Cleaning Sydney- so be aware.

Don’t use this company unless you want to get ripped off and abused! – This company deserves a zero! There was no effort put into steam cleaning the carpets. tried to remove in the first instance - they told me it was impossible and the stains do not come off! I asked them to try again and guess what....some stains came off, clearly because they put no effort the first time! They were cursing me in their own language because I actually asked them to do their job and to do what they’ve been paid to do.

I insisted they go over it again and they were not committed to it. One of the cleaners was more interested in playing games on his phone, which he did the entire time. He was very dismissive and rude! Upon calling the company to have this service arranged, they sell it to you and confirm that the job will be thorough and they guarantee the customers satisfaction, however, this is certainly NOT what they do and they do NOT CARE about their customers! One of the guys was playing on his mobile phone the whole time whilst cursing me in a foreign language.

I called the company on the same day and made a complaint. After explaining the situation for 25mins, they assured me that the manager will call me back within 3 days. It’s now been 16 days and I’ve heard nothing. I called again following up and conveniently, the manager wasn’t there, however they promised me that he will call me. The manager finally called and I explained what happened. He confirmed that it should’ve taken the cleaners between 45-60mins to do the job. He also was trying to be apologetic and would offer a reimbursement. He then advised he will speak to the cleaners and call me back.

The manager called me back and advised me that he believes his staff and their version of events! This is so disrespectful and goes to show that their customers do not matter. He pretty much called me a liar. Clearly the manager needs further training. This company should be ashamed to be servicing people and should also change their website content as they are very well lying.

If you want to get ripped off and pay for someone to just wet your carpet, give this company a call!! If you want your carpets actually steam cleaned, please do NOT contact them - you will regret it, and will also be subjected to being abused by the cleaners!!

If you want customer service, google other carpet steam cleaners as this company has nothing to offer apart from stress!

Excellent job done – GABA did my 6 rooms plus hallway today and extremely pleased with their work . Job was completed promptly, efficiently and they arrived punctually. One quote.. no add ons ..competitive pricing. Ten out of ten....

if it had been soaked and washed, but the water had not been sucked out. Additionally, two sofas that were cleaned, had pools of water dripping out of the bottom onto my tiles. The upholstery was sodden. I rang the departing staff, the English language barrier did not help, they hung up and then refused to answer. The main office staff were extremely unprofessional, constantly saying they’d call back, but would not. Overall, either poorly trained staff or faulty equipment, caused these two sofas to become so wet, they now stink and will likely have to be thrown out.

Absolute Fisgrace – I used this Company to clean a couch and one room with carpet. They soaked the floor and both carpet and couch were that heavily wet they took over a week to dry and ended up mouldy. To top it off, they reversed their van into our house and did a lot of damage. The Company refuse to take any responsibility and keep ignoring my calls. They are totally unprofessional and don’t clean at all. Please don’t use them ever!

Now trading as Bubbles Carpet Cleaning in Brisbane - Do not use for lounge suite cleaning – Yesterday I had my lounge suite 'cleaned' by Bubbles Carpet Cleaning an offshoot/trading entity of Gaba Cleaning. small stains on the backrest and arm of the left side of the settee. He stated that these would probably not be removed by cleaning, which I thought odd at the time as what was the point of having it cleaned if the stains were not going to be removed? With hindsight I should not have progressed with the cleaning, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded...a decision I am now greatly regretting.

I left them to clean the suite, everything appeared to be progressing well when I came downstairs to check. The next time I came downstairs was when the cleaning was completed, the floor was soaking wet as was the suite. The suite was not just a bit damp but wringing wet and the tiled floor was dangerously wet and slippery. The suite was so dark due to moisture in it that is was impossible to see if any of the stains had been removed.

After leaving the suite overnight to dry I found there was very little change to the headrest stains and no change at all to the small stains on the backrest and arm stains. However, what is particularly upsetting are new stains on the settee and one chair. These are white droplet stains and are very obvious on the headrest and both arms of one chair and a white stain on the left arm of the settee. I am very disappointed with the outcome as I had the suite cleaned prior to selling, and the ‘cleaning’ has resulted in an almost unsaleable lounge suite.

I should have been suspicious that there are no reviews on the Bubbles Carpet Cleaning website. Now I know the company is called Gaba Cleaning I find there are numerous negative reviews with people having similar experiences to myself. Same story on the Product Review site.

Stay away – The worst company I have ever dealt with. Were hired to do an end of lease clean and we had to ask them to come back after the first clean because it was not done properly. We rang to complain that same day and ask for a refund as we had to spend a further 2 hours completing the job we paid them to do. Alex asked to send photos in but upon sending the photos (20+ photos of what was missed) in we were told that because 14 days had passed we were not eligible for a re-clean or refund. They told us we should have told the cleaners before they left that the property was not cleaned, which I agree with, however the cleaners had left already hence our phone call immediately to the office. They are cheap but be warned - you get what you pay for (ie - nothing). They are the rudest people to deal with and clearly have zero idea on what an end of lease entails. Do not waste your time or money with these crooks.

Left wet carpets/dirty & damage to property – Left with very wet carpet & not cleaned under leg mat at all in lounge,dirty marks had to try to clean myself,plus to add to injury I’m left with broken mirror on wardrobe.Tried to ring,when i finally got thru i was told should have reported within 48 hrs which i had done by txt & call.I intend to call Aust consumer.

Worst service and customer service – I engaged Gaba to clean a mattress and a velvet green couch. I paid accordingly. The mattress was not cleaned at all and the couch had white stains on the base (under cushions) which was damaged by Gaba's use of cleaning products. they are refusing to issue me a refund and are ignoring my emails. Horrible service and customer service.

Left my house flooded and furniture soaking wet – These boys were supposed to clean my lounge, they did that but also left my furniture soaking wet, which took 2 additional day to dry, my lounge room was flooded, my hallway was left wet. I rang them to fix the problem, but 2 wet later not a word. Please don't use them unless you live in a drought affected area, you can grow cotton and wash half a village with the water they leave behind.

the email from them) said, "Our Special Price Includes Pre Spray Shampoo, Stain Treatment, Heavy Duty Steam Cleaning, Sanitize, Deodorize and SCOTCH GUARD (Stain Protector). " The guy didn't evey pre-spray. I asked him to do it, he did very reluctantly. I asked him to do thoroughly because it is very dirty and I asked only one room for 3 room price. I really wanted it clean because I have had problems with mold/dust mite etc and got asthma because of that. I know I shouldn't move in to a place with an old carpet but you know how hard to find a place in Sydney and even with wooden flooring there are molds/dust mites if it's old/dirty (experienced). Anyway he didn't do pre-spray throughly even if I asked him so. he started to shampoo the carpet. It wasn't steam. Just a normal shampoo. The carpet wasn't even hot right after it. I asked him to do twice. I think it's not too much because I paid for three rooms and my room is just one and it's not a huge studio. I had to beg him. But he didn't say yes. I told him about the price. He said "Minimum $90.". Oh wow! So if I asked the second room it would cost extra?? I paid for 3 rooms, right? The Indian guy called the office and talked with someone. I told him if he didn't want to do it I would do it so he can just rest and watch. Finally he reluctantly agreed to do it - he did, but of course he didn't do thoroughly this time either. What he did was (even for the first round), just move the vaccum head ONCE on the carpet, and then moved to the next area. JUST ONCE. how can you clean anything with that? The second round, he didn't even bother putting the washing liquid. After the cleaning(so called), the supposed to be dirty water was not dirty at all, the colour was beige. when I cleaned myself it was coffee-black. This time it was camomile tea. He said it was clean. I didn't believe that. But I paid. He didn't even say thank you. What's wrong with this guy? I did't ask anything extra. It was supposed to be three rooms. I could get away with two! One more thing - he didn't bother pre-spray, but he didn't forget to spray the perfume afterwards. I hate those artificial smell so I asked him to stop it. Anyway, I hired the Britex from Bunnings again a few days after that. Cleaned myself. The dirty water was still coffee-black! I wasted $90!! Do not be tricked what the website says! I will never use 'Professional' cleaner again.

Terrible service – Absolutely Terrible service. They came to steam clean our lounge, they made it mouldy by drenching it in water and can't get anyone to come back and fix their mistake! They said it would dry in 4 hours, it was still wet after 48 hours. They answer our calls, puts us on hold for 5 mins to only say they will call back in 5 mins - endless cycle, and we still have a ruined lounge with mould and 2 young kids. I would never recommend them

Chemical reaction – Highly recommend to never ever go through this useless company they literally did a 20min job, our carpets after their job was more dirty and stains every where the lady said "sorry we can't remove the stains" what kind of carpet cleaning company is this? Don't Use this Cheats - Blue Sky Carpet Cleaning! – Dont ever use these people. They are unprofessional, unskilled and untrained people. They have only one man on ground - Yash and he is always on phone and try to rush the job. Worst if the client is innocent with no knowledge on cleaning.They cheat in all way right from lack of cleaning, no strain removal and no shampooing. Lost the money and re engaged another team to clean! Same will happen to you as well.

Useless and waste of money – Too busy on phone, not interested in customer satisfaction, left takeaway paper bag in driveway, cleaned their steamer heads on Neibours lawn I removed stains with coles brand carpet cleaner that they had not removed and excuses after excuses, tried to sell more cleaning NEVER EVER use them again

End of lease clean – We booked to have our 3bdrm townhouse carpet cleaned and to have an end of lease clean. We waited for the cleaners for an hour and a half and when we called they said they would now be coming at 530pm. No call to let us know and no apology for wasting our time. The cleaners then didn’t show up until 6pm and continued to tell us that we needed to tell them to book in the cleaning before the carpet. We are not at all happy with the service and now they won’t be finishing until 9 - 10pm.

Don’t give refunds or come on time – Gabba cleaning tore our couch, left carpet dirty and wouldn’t return to fix problems. They also refused to refund put money. Hopeless service. Never use them.

Can't even show up for the job – Don't bother with this company. We arranged for them to come today to clean the lounge room and two bedrooms. They said they would've coming at 9am. Ended up moving everything out of the bedrooms and lounge and guess what? They never showed up to do the job. What an incompetent lousy company. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with these guys and look else where.

Do not use this company - this is a scam!!! Beware!! No idea what they are doing - nooooo ide – Two cleaners showed up to clean my leather upholstery. They brought a spray bottle and a sponge. I don't even know if they have a driving licence, they parked their van on a huge angle diagonally across the driveway. I really wish I had read these reviews before booking them.

Poor poorer and poorest – Turned up 2 hrs late - we called them three times and had three different reasons from three different people - car broke down, took on an extra job and the stuck in traffic. I never even got to the stage of booking. Zero Stars – I got the pamphlet in the mail and was interested in carpet cleaning. 5 rooms $149. When I asked the person the on the phone whether they could provide the service for the advertised price he started talking about living rooms and dining rooms being bigger than bedrooms so the price is more. I just hung up. The pamphlet says "Fixed prices No Hidden charges" and also that "All prices include GST". These people need to be out of business.

No Star – This company should be reported to the ombudsman as they seem to be continually ripping off people with no consequence. If you use this company your asking to be ripped off. They also advertise with pamphlets in the mail beware this company has changed their name 7 times which shows dishonest business practices.

Melbourne - Never showed up.. Don't bother!! – Promised to come at 1pm, then 3.30, then 4.30...And they never showed.. No call, no apology.. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole :(

Biggest waste of $200 ever – Cleaner arrived immediately starting claiming additional fees as two bedrooms were upstairs, whipped the carpet cleaner over the four rooms in 15 mins and left .. couldn't' even tell they'd been will never use again. Phoned office who claimed they'd never had a complaint before said they'd ring back and never did !?!?!?

Ruined my hardwood floors! – Did half a job on the rugs, then failed to clean up afterwards and the result was damage to the hardwood floors. Office blamed contractors and did not want to know.

Not reliable – Not reliable. Company accepted the job. We spent several hours waiting for them on the booked day & time. They did not show up and communicated technical problems only after multiple phone calls and emails. [name removed] mentioned that he will follow up and re-book, still waiting for his call.
