What warranty comes with a garden retractable hose
Hi The Gardena auto roll up hose I purchased I mounted to a 50mm Galv post the mounting bolt holes have a spacing of about 55mm making it impossible to mount the hose reel to the bracket I had bolted to the post. After lots of alteration, and opening up the hole centres I managed to fit it to the post. Obviously this is a wall mounted unit and really unsuitable to mount to a post, also the force needed to pull the hose out would be almost beyond the ability of an older gardener.
What warranty comes with a garden retractable hose
In some suburbs the water pressure is just beyond the capability of the hose, pressure maybe as much as 200psi, and most garden hoses are not made to cope with that pressure over a few years. Has anyone installed a pressure limiting valve? Say to limit water pressure at the tap to 89-100PSI.
Our hose split after 6 months and could not be replaced. Main thing is not to have them pressurized when not in use with the sun on the hose.
use the old manual " Hook on the wall " and it out last the life of the hose.
