Sean is such a nice man, Nothing was too much trouble. Even though he was unable to fix my machine, he put my hard drive in a case for me for further use, which meant I didn't lose my information.
Made an appointment for 1.30pm. Waited for nearly an hour and still no one showed up so I rang back and was told the technician would call me straight back with an eta but never called. I called back at about 3pm and was told that the technician would be called again to find out what was happening. Eventually the technician called and was here within about 20minutes. Had a quick look at our computer and said they would have to take it back to the shop to have windows re-installed but your add says it will be fixed in my home (which it wasn’t) and now I get an invoice for $108 when no my computer was fixed at my home.
Made a booking to fix my son's computer for his birthday but they didn't turn up! They said that I didn't make a booking just requested the technician to call me, but I did make a booking for 12pm and gave them my address. Very unreliable.
At $108 for 45 minutes, I expected someone with knowledge and expertise to turn up. While not cheap, Richard didn't disappoint me when I said I wanted to not only fix it, but learn how to fix it.
Richard came with energy and not only recommended how the NAS and Network should work, but also fixed my rubbish wifi just by explaining how the set up I had in place by the NBN wasn't done right.
I consider paying someone to educate me on things I dont know when I need them, good value for money. In one hour, He certainly put effort into explaining things and fixing the things that were not so straight forward with my network.
Geek to the rescue.

The tech man arrived before the appointed time, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options for the repair. We agreed on a new hard drive. He even called me the same evening with a quote for the price and actually advised me the cheaper option was the best for me. Computer was up and running in less than 48 hours. Thoroughly professional and friendly throughout. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I found that Mark was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel stupid and he was quite happy to explain to me why he wanted to change some of the setups on my computer and since then I have found my computer is running quicker. He has come out a couple of times and has been on time or has let me know that he would be running late.
I had wanted to install a larger SSD in the computer and made the cardinal sin of not photographing where all the related leads connected. Brock came and fixed it up for me, would definitely use again if needed!

I organised for a tech to come check my computer out. They informed me there would be a tech at my house 9am the next morning. I informed work I would be late as this is the reason. 9:40am no person has arrived or attempted to contact me. I called the reception number to which they informed me someone was booked in for 0930am (I have a text message saying 0900am) anyway as it was 0940am they were late already. She informed me "[Name Removed]" will call me straight away. 30 minutes go by and still no contact by either [Name Removed] or geek mob...ile. I call back to which they gave me the same response of [Name Removed] will call me. 1050am I rang again as I still hadn't received any sort of communication by anyone. I cancelled and have contact outbackIT instead. They had someone at my house within the hour. Really disappointed in this service. Will never recommend to anyone.

I had a major issue with email and internet. It was very complex and related to incompetent, non-responsive and utterly unaccountable Telstra and NBN. Sean, through patient persistence, intelligent problem solving and calm determination over a three day period, was able to get us up an running. He is my hero! As he correctly identified at the outset, the problem was Telstra. Sean is an asset to your Geekmobile team. I have nothing but gratitude and respect for him.
