send them an email to get the tech back as they said they would on the first phone call. Several email no and no reply at all. Avoid this company just go to a reputable company.

Stay away from these characters . I booked and they sent me a confirmation and nobody shows up. After phoning I’m told sorry not coming . Phoned 1800 number politely told me sorry nothing I can do . Seriously you are a joke

recommend this company. The technician was friendly; however, you could tell that he wasn’t comfortable with the hard sell tactics. The poor guy just wanted to do his job and go. You could tell that it was a monetary requirement for employment at Computer Geeks, ingrained into their training.
After spending well over $1,000, which increased my PC startup time by around four seconds, which was the reason I logged a service call with them in the first place, he suggested that we get our own domain name – at a cost of $330. I agreed to it, however he failed to mention that it was an annual subscription. If I had known that I never would have agreed to it, nor did I sign any documentation consenting to this. When the renewal bill came, and I questioned it with Sharee (Manager) he/she stated, that I was told about the annual subscription. I asked to view any kind of documentation to support it, (Please note, I asked for this in a polite manner.) They could not supply any documentation whatsoever and this was the response I received:
“Due to your belligerent attitude I have made the call to remove your licensing from 5pm today. I don’t tolerate this sort of behaviour in our company and therefore will be blocking you from further contact with our business.” (Sharee - Administration Manager - Sept 27 2024)
This only gave me a few hours to retrieve all the email data that I required, before shutting the account down. For what, asking to view a subscription I was meant to have agreed to.
AMAZING SERVICE – When I noticed that after a system update, all my files were gone from my work laptop. Being a small business, all our information (I thought) was gone. Panic set in. at that time. They said it would take them at least 3 days before they could do even look at it. Then I tried GeekMOBILE who arranged to have one of their team members remote access into my laptop within 30 minutes.
Sean from Geek Mobile was amazing. He had a look and within 2 minutes he could tell me not to panic and it could be fixed. While I was working away for the business, he worked on my laptop remotely with me viewing the screen the whole time, explaining everything he was doing over the phone. Being not very computer literate, I had to find a cord for to connect the laptop to the internet and he arranged for a photo to appear on my computer to show me what I was looking for. I felt that all our information was secure and at no time did I feel that my information was not secured.
The service was fantastic and prompt. The price was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation recommending this company
Absolutely fantastic, definitely recommend !!! :) – I have had MAJOR issues with trying to get my printer to reconnect after changing modems.. October 16th 2019 Update: Fantastic, Amazingly Helpful & Patient
"Sean was just all round fantastic :) he knew immediately what my problem was and was very patient helping me fix it, well he did it and I tried to be useful my end :) Fantastic service, fantastic everything :)". I have a printer that was not talking to my laptop after installing a Telstra 'Smart' modem, i had spent countless hours, days, trying to sort it.. Because I am rural, i hated the thought of the cost of anyone coming to the house (and couldn't find anyone) so contacted these people. Best money i have ever spent, and i would 200% recommend them :)

Excellent advice from Tareq Bader – If you have a problem with your laptop/computer, ask Tareq Bader. My laptop was not opening, I thought it died. Tareq helped me over the phone to find out the issue. He advised me to test & buy a new charger. I followed his advice & my laptop is working!
GREAT GEEK Mobile – Absolutely professional company my IT issues fixed in an hour. Punctual and helpful. Stacey was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

They misdiagnost a problem and did not fix it – I am charged $158 for a problem that was misdiagnose. They did not solve the problem. The computer had the problem with the GPU NOT PSU
The service was okay their administration is woeful – I used this service once, in August 2018, for an email issue. They sent me an invoice that I thought I paid a couple of days later. I then went overseas on the 8th of September and returned on 1 October to find a reminder for this bill. again - making sure it went through this time and thought nothing more of it. I was somewhat surprised when I got another reminder from these guys and then a notice from a debt collector several weeks later. I told them repeatedly it was paid and showed them the receipt. Their internal admin hadn't recorded the payment and sent it to a debt collector who bugged me for nearly a year before I finally said I'd go to ASIC. Even more surprising they've suddenly turned up again - 4 years later!! With the same paid invoice. I will now lodge a formal complaint with ASIC and the ACCC against both Geek Mobile and the debt collection company they use. If anybody thinks this is made up please feel free to message me - I still have all the emails and the payment advice. So I guess, from a review perspective, don't be a few weeks late paying these guys or they'll hunt you down to the ends of the earth for years for their $38 - even if the debt has already been paid.

Geek Mobile again recently and had the same high standard of customer service. Was able to get same or next day service, I chose next day as it was more convenient. Renato explained things to me in easy to understand terms and had my problems sorted in no time. I highly recommend them 5 star service and awesome communication.
They don't call them Geeks for nothing – Justin was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived and fixed my issue with my router and DNS settings within 30 minutes. I will be sure to use this service again if I ever encounter another issue.
So pleased with Matt – We were in the process of moving and at the last moment couldn’t find the power cord, Matt took the computer to his place, cleaned it up and added things we needed all in a great time frame and for a great price. Good to know you are there to help – You were recommended to me by someone who I know and trust in these matters. You came to my house and attended to my computer problems at once, and since then it has been working well. The problems were sorted out with little fuss and very quickly, I may add.
I felt completely relaxed with Anthonys professionalism – When i needed someone to fix my computers, going through the yellow pages im so glad i settled on Geek Mobile these people knew what they were doing and the cost was satisfactory

Lifesavers – Somehow the controls on Facebook converted to Japanese. When i looked at the page on my phone it was OK. I couldn't correct the problem myself but within 20 minutes Geek Mobile had me all sorted.
Great outcome – Geek Stacy did a top job for me yesterday. Everything now works again. I was being billed for subscriptions I didnt know I was paying. He sorted them all out. Well done . The pewter is faster also. On time , on the ball.
