I purchased the Jorgia Strapless Maxi Dress in Chocolate Floral to wear to the races. This dress is so beautiful! The fit is perfect and it comes with straps so you can wear it either strapless or with straps. I wore it strapless and it is one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn. I purchased the Massey dress online and followed the inaccurate size guide. I purchased a size 14 based on my bust measurement being a size 97 cm. $10 to have the correct size shipped because there is no refund policy. The dress is lovely but I am very disappointed in the inaccurate and misleading size guide online and the fact that the customer service is so poor and cannot provide an exchange at their own expense for something that is their fault. I had even contacted them prior to the refund and an exchange at their expense was refused.

Nice colours in set, but skirt had loose threads everywhere when it arrived and pulled easily. Pockets were frayed after one use-i literally sat down in it. First dress I ordered was way too big- easy return. Bought the same dress in a smaller size and am so impressed with the quality & style- can't wait to show off at the races!! Follow-up · Customer service is extremely easy to navigate online and returns is just as easy printing out an Australia Post sticker to place on the original bag. Fabric is really comfortable- the dress has been washed (by hand- cold water)since wearing and it still holds it's shape. No die runs or anything. Have yet to wash the denim dress but can see no reason why the end product would not be the same.

I've made three separate purchases from this website. This store does not offer refunds, but rather store credit ONLY, so do not buy if you're not committed.
