started! Despite tough weather conditions Darcy was all over making sure the place kept ticking along. The whole thing was a smooth operation and we couldn't fault a thing. It is a credit to Cheryl and Ian on how well run the business is.

Our new home is more than what we could have envisaged. The quality and workmanship is second to none - we have had so many compliments on the incredible job that team at GJ Taree has done on our home. This is the first home that we have built and we would absolutely do it again if it was with GJ Taree. The inclusions and finishes are immaculate.

Our supervisor Zebb was on site everyday to organise all the trades and to keep the build on track and hassle free. The work site was kept clean and tidy daily with no accumulation of builder's mess. He clearly explained the process and spent the time necessary which included visiting several GJ builds to see first hand the quality work and also to speak to current clients. Later that day, we met with the Principal Builder of I& C Homes Pty Ltd t/as GJ Gardner Homes.

Between the representative and the Builder Principal, it was obvious their awareness of our needs and what we were hoping to achieve. We had a unique block that had a complication of some steepness. This was not a concern as options were put to us that resolved concerns raised by others and, at a reduced construction cost. We were then taken to three homes that were at various stages of construction in order to provide ideas and to display the quality of the builds. This was all done on a single phone call and, we had not even decided on engaging GJ Gardner's at that time. GJ's invested in us and we invested in GJ's.

In essence, GJ Gardner showed an interest in us, as well as providing options that could be considered and the care that was being taken with respective builds in the area. We decided on GJ Gardner to build our forever home. From the very outset, the process was relatively seamless and hassle-free. All personnel were exceptional and provided confidence and encouraged us to explore alternatives that led to us achieving our dream home.

Construction went relatively smoothly; as with any build, there were some minor hiccups but nothing that could not be easily resolved with consultation and cooperation. All in all, from the get-go, all trades worked together and in a seamless manner to achieve a marvellous outcome. Build time was extraordinary - under 120 Days. The carpenters on-site were nothing short of extraordinary; concreters were great, tiler was amazing, plumber was efficient and effective, roofing, eaves and gutters were excellent, electrical trades were efficient and the kitchen cabinetry was marvellous. A great build.

We put them under pressure so we could move in and, GJ Gardner's moved mountains to help us achieve this. We have undertaken the walkthrough and identified small issues that needed some remedial work. This feedback has been received and undertaken in a friendly and efficient manner; nothing has been a problem for the GJ Garner Team. The construction supervisor is on top of issues and, in conjunction with the Builder Principal, have expedited remedial action to ensure we are happy with the outcome.

Build cost came in close to what was expected. We had really done our homework and consulted with the GJ Team on many issues, seeking best options and the most economical cost. During the build, we did make some minor changes or additions that were not included in the original quotation but, it was not out of the realms of reality and the changes gave us the outcome we were hoping to achieve.

We cannot speak highly enough of I & C Homes Pty Ltd t/as GJ Gardner Homes Taree. I would recommend any prospective home builders to go and visit their showroom, speak with the staff and be assured your dreams will be fulfilled to a very high standard. We would be pleased to meet with any prospective people who looking have a home built and provide genuine testimony as to the standards applied by GJ's.

The build was completed on time, which was important as I had relocated from Sydney and was renting. Very few glitches post moving in, but all dealt with professionally and in good time.
