to watch and once we moved in I was disappointed at the finishes, some of the materials did not present to look new and the painting was also disappointing, I kept thinking "I bet if this was a display home things would have been finished properly", communication was ok and the initial guy Vito was helpful but now living on the property for a few months has revealed a whole bunch of disappointing issues. Unfortunately purchasing a new build did not seem so 'new', and the quality was definitely not what was promised. I moved in December 2024 and only now have they booked me in for the 3 month inspection to go through the issues to hopefully be mended.......

beyond to help us navigate these issues. Although these planning complications fell outside his formal responsibilities and arose after the contract had already been signed, his initiative and support were instrumental in getting things moving.

Additionally, during a period when our Customer Relationship Coordinator changed twice and the project lacked clear direction, Gozde stepped in and took decisive actions. She accelerated the process with exceptional coordination, untangled complex Issues, and kept us fully informed throughout. Her dedication and hard work have been essential in bringing us to this point.

We are genuinely excited to continue working with Gozde and look forward to the start of construction and a smooth handover.

nothing was ever too much trouble; updates were done quickly and the plans were amended thoroughly.

Like any build, there have been a few queries along the way. For example, when I visited site I had a question about when the hardwood stairs would be installed. The supervisor Danny explained that they would be put in after plaster installation to avoid any damage to the timber, which reassured me that they were thinking ahead and protecting the quality of the finishes.

The drafting team also deserves a mention—they produced detailed and comprehensive plans that gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Overall, I’ve really appreciated the professionalism, clear communication, and care shown throughout the journey so far.

I’d happily recommend Glenvill to anyone looking to build—they’ve made the experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

TERRIBLE! Can someone from your maintenance department, reply to our email about our driveway 6month report?? This issue has been back and forth since May and the issue hasn't been resolved. We’ve had a terrible experience with Glenvill Homes. We waited over two years for our land to title — it still wasn’t titled when we finally cancelled. Glenvill then refused to refund the deposit and never supplied the legally required domestic building insurance (VMIA) before taking the deposit. no breakdown, no proof of expenditure (because there hasn't been any) and no accountability. Be careful of Glenvill if they aren't getting the insurance we all remember what happened to the clients who were with builders who went broke and didn't have the insurance in place on their contracts.

Poor efficiency, lack of transparency and massively unacceptable delays – I purchased a house and land package with Echo Townhomes by Glenvill. Since July 2024, the house has been in completion stage (90% paid to the builders). Issues reported were not resolved till December. Upgrades not installed, leading to rework, damage and more delays. 20th December 2024 and then they shut for Christmas break. Builders have returned from their break only to tell me that the supervisor has the keys and is still on leave and handover cannot be done till he gets back, this is no acceptable as the keys should have been handed over to someone else to take over and not leave me waiting while the mortgage and insurance clock keeps ticking. I had plans to move during the Christmas break, now ending up taking an extra week off from work due to these delays. This experience has really ruined my holiday planning and enjoying the move into my new home.

was signed was very slow. Opportunities were lost to not fast-track the Report and Consent process once Arch layouts were locked. We had some mechanical issues which come about late in the design development phase where we lost 6 weeks negotiating alternative designs to get an unforeseen variation down to a reasonable outcome. We had a dual stormwater pump that was always needed, ideally the civil design could have been pushed sooner to get this report and consent in sooner with council which held up the issuance of the building permit. - Interior selections process in head office was seamless. A great process with a pre-selected range of samples to choose from. This process was impressive.

Overall a satisfactory process considering the complexities of designing, planning and commencing the build of a new home.

Our site supervisor, David was extremely helpful, and friendly. any issue discovered was rectified promptly and timely. Our experience was shared with our build support team at Axon property group, both my wife and I would be happy when funds allow to build with Glenville again. Show details ·  1

Gareth proved to be a very competent Supervisor. Gareth was appointed to us by Glenvill and brought credibility from his extensive experience in Construction Importantly, there were no cost over runs and Glenvill built to the fix price Contract.
