Absolutely disgusting customer service, rude and arrogant, never again will i buy here, should have read reviews first ahhhhh....bought some socks which looked good and quality but arrived stained, got refund for socks minus the postage, not acceptable. absolutely appalling retail store, will be shopping at The Iconic, great customer service & understanding, free returns & quick refunds.

Extremely disappointing customer service. What should have been a simple issue has dragged on for months with no resolution. I've spent more time chasing updates than receiving them, and the lack of accountability has been frustrating from start to finish. I won't be shopping with Glue Store again and wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Glue Store pulled through – Took a risk despite all the negative reviews. I’m so glad I did because I got exactly what I ordered for such a good price. No other site had the shoes I wanted except for Glue and they were on sale. Quick StarTrack shipping, easy and no issues. Highly recommend, give them a chance. GREAT SERVICE INSTORE AND ON LINE – I've purchased few pairs of shoes from Glue store over the last few years , including 2 pairs of Doc Marten sandals . The service is fantastic and the sandals were delivered so quickly. I've always found the communication polite and curtious. Everything I'd hoped for, and more! – I can't rate this store highly enough! Not only did I receive my own order but also a surprise one from a friend too! No issues, very happy – I ordered two Nude Lucy topher puffer jackets online, and was a little worried after reading some of the reviews here. But everything went so smoothly, I couldn't ask for better! Order was placed on Saturday morning, I had my shipping confirmation on Tuesday and the next day I got the package. Images of online advertising – The webpage itself is neat, easy to navigate and clearly promotes good deals/ sales. However, some of the images make it difficult to see the products fit properly. Utilising a white background in the advertising photos when the clothes is white, makes it hard to distinguish the real fit and style of the clothing pieces. Using a contrasting background may be more beneficial. Otherwise- love the website and products are of great quality!!

Poor customer service! Not much help when they mistakenly put a wrong suburb on the label. They operate just through email. You can't call or talk to anyone. I have to chase up the courier myself to redirect to my address .Up to this moment i still have not received my order. Stay away go somewhere else

up with the warehouse and get back to me about my item (they didn't)

18th June - Contact Customer Service again. Again, was told me they would follow up about my item.

19th June - Was sent screenshots of the StarTrack website from customer service saying the status of my item was "waiting to be picked up" which I clearly already knew as I can access the same website. It also said the ETA was the 18th (the day before the conversation).

20th June - Contacted and asked for a refund.

23rd June - Was contacted and told they would reach out to the warehouse again and check on my order. I responded asking them to cancel the order and issue me a refund. No reply.

24th June - Once again contacted them asking for a refund. No reply.

As of now, still not resolved. Tracking website still says "waiting to be picked up" and the ETA is showing almost a week ago. No communication. No care. No service whatsoever.

Buy from anyone else but these idiots.

Ignoring me now – November they took my online order and never had stock the sneakers never arrived they replied eventually by email saying the refunded me $165 they did not!!! Online Shopping Nightmare – Customer Service does not exist. I bought an item online and contacted them 5 minutes later to cancel the order. I finally got someone on the live chat. They explained there was a mistake with an order placed just a few minutes ago and said it had already been shipped. Okay, I thought I would return it and get credit for their store. No, on-sale items are not eligible by their rules. Also good luck using their website, so many bugs.

members. I followed every step recommended by their team members every other time I placed the order again. Use a different payment method, different cards used different browsers, and cleared my cookies (no idea why this will help but anyway), but still was encountering this "technical glitch". It’s clear that they do not have the stock of the item I have been buying, simply just take down the product of the website. This is a way of keeping people coming to their website having products on their website they really do not stock. Do know who runs their e-commerce team but it's a horrible customer experience.

Should have read the reviews before making any purchases. So, be careful before buying, they most likely will no have your product in stock.

Don’t care if you’re packages go missing – Package was sent and requested to sign on delivery. Package was left without delivery. Now it’s missing because I was away for a week. Glue don’t care and will not refund or send out new order.

and placed another order, hopeful for a different outcome. Unfortunately, history repeated itself with another refund and another $20 discount voucher, still not quite resolving the issue.

Determined to finally get these shoes, I placed two more orders in August when they showed up in stock again. Both were canceled, leading to yet more refunds and vouchers. Finally, in September, the shoes were available again, and I was thrilled when my order was actually fulfilled—only for them to send the wrong size, again useless.

Customer service took no responsibility for sending the wrong size, and informed me they do not do online exchanges or refunds and I had to go in store. They then ceased communication with me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. All I want is the shoes I ordered, at price I originally expected.

No accountability and poor online service – I have shopped at Glue for years as I have always loved their gear however will not be shopping there from now on. Recently an order was missing two items and they were not prepared to even refund one of the items after spending a few hundred dollars online in recent weeks. items lowered in price (by a fair bit!) after ive made the purchase. Lazy as they dont ensure that the size chart is correct for each separate brand and also have photos of the item taken on their own models with measurements etc. also, why not have free returns when buying online? You guys have a huge valuation. Wont buy from glue again.

However from the day I purchased it to the day it was refunded, the item was and still is on the website for the size I was after. I contacted customer service and (the lady was very helpful), gave me a “free shipping” voucher to make up for it. See if that was all I wouldn’t be too annoyed, but I saw that the jumper and size was STILL in stock so I decided to try and purchase it again and see if it would get delivered otherwise would just take another refund. Low and behold a few days later I get a tracking email and the jumper is shipped? It would not of been due to more stock as the item was marked final sale.

though the item was a sale item. This is the 4th time this has happened. Each time I hear on live chat - and I quote ‘We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused. I have passed on your feedback to the relevant team to prevent this from happening again. We do apologise, we understand that this is not the experience we wanted for you.’ Well, if you wait 5 weeks to process an order what do you think will happen????? I paid $12 postage and am expected to wait 5 weeks for you to post now a $10 item because the other item I already received 4 weeks ago was paid for by the last voucher you sent because you cancelled 2 items weeks later. Honestly, I was a very loyal customer but I am now done with Glue Store and will never shop there again. There is no excuse for 5 weeks delay in processing 2 of 3 items ordered and the dismissive attitudes of the staff. Their customer service has become atrocious of late and I’m soooooo done!
