Godfreys under warranty, but no surprises at all, they tell me there is nothing wrong with the unit so they wont be replacing it or refunding it. No wonder so many people were unhappy with them and they went out of business. I will never use them again or recommend them, all buyers should be aware, you are not getting your guarantee as they promote, you are buying nothing more than a piece of junk

there were continuing with the brand which is exclusive to them. I ordered it in early January, finally got notification it was being dispatched in LATE MARCH!! The Courier company said they attempted delivery (but they didnt as I was home all day) so the product was sent back to Godfreys who promised they would re - mail it back to me. 2 weeks passed and nothing so I contacted them via their website. The next day I got a refund email and when I went onto their website to order another battery they are SOLD OUT. No explanation from them at all. You cant talk to anyone, they stipulate they have stock but it takes 2.5 months to get your stock and their service levels are pathetic. Do yourself a big favour and DONT but from these guys.

no customer service for old customers – bought a tineco s7 before they went bust it broke under 12 months later tried to get a refund from the new owners as tineco do not do warranty unless you bought from them or amazon all other claims must go through the company you bought from they replied saying they were not the same company .. mabye you sould not have kept the name does this many… Read more

if you go broke again all future claims will be the same also no copy of my recipt that was on the godfreys website as it was on online order

The perfect stick vacuum for me – I have difficulty with vacuums due to arthritis. Tush at Godfrey’s found me a solution with a Tineco model. It is lightweight the parts are easy to remove or connect and it is simple to do under beds and chairs. I appreciate that he spent time listening to me and finding me a solution. Show 3 replies

Ok at the front end, terrible if you need support – back up service under warranty is awful - crappy quality pullman 'commercial' vacuum cleaner with hose splitting after minimal use. Whilst the goods were not available in local stores to view (only available online) Godfreys require the entire product (not just the faulty hose) to be returned to a store where it will get forwarded to a service… Read more

Great so far – I've only used this carpet cleaner once, but have found it easy to use, lightweight and simple to empty and fill canisters. They are small which means you need to stop and start quite a bit, but I don't mind the breaks! Show reply

for the same value item or a Refund , I understand the company is in administration. At the end of day consumers have rights, the Godfrey’s I went too is still trading,

but to go in store just to be shut down and told not our problem, its really disgusting and really disappointing. It was expensive to me may not be much to some people and for a useless thing in a box now, never would recommend buying anything from them.

dealt with. Their employees themselves have laughed at how they wouldn’t refund even if the item is faulty under warranty and the likelihood of them understanding the issue is really low. What can I even say when people working for them have no respect for the company? Laughable service and products. Will be giving it for hard rubbish.

AWFUL – the worst possible customer service provided. I was provided a faulty carpet shampooer, which they refused to refund despite returning the item to the store. I was offered no credit, refund or exchange and all they had to say was "it was missing a part" which I never received.

To say I'm frustrated would be a serious understatement.

Poor qualty product and poor service - Godfreys Sauber hand held – FAULTY Sauber hand held vacuum cleaner from Godfreys - DON"T BUY IT! It turns itself off after 10 seconds. agent contacted me and agreed for me to take vacuum in to store in my time and cost to get an assessment. Came back as nothing wrong which is clearly incorrect. Most companies will give you a reply paid label and it costs you nothing to get a refund. Thats customer service! Will not be buying from them again and will now have to take matter further to NCAT.

to the manufacture. I have shown them the consumer law which clearly states the item needs to be taken to the retailer. They mentioned it will take two weeks maximum to fix “order replacement rod”. I complained that I can’t leave House unvacuumed for two weeks and that my house floors are carpet, and this can cause issues to my children, but they mentioned I must wait for two weeks. Fast forward, after two weeks, I had to the shop multiple times and each time they advise to be patient and the issue will be resolved soon. After I made a scene at the shop, they came clean that the spare part is not in the stock, and they do not have ETA to get it. I immediately asked for replacement and was told that I need to create a case with their customer care on the phone because the customer care ignore the shops. I spent hours talking to their customer care and the experience was much worse. I was shouted at, hanged on, called a layer about the two weeks’ timeline and that their standard procedures for fixing is above a month waiting period (imagine this for a vacuum cleaner!!), and yet again they do not have ETA. My request for replacement was denied and I was told to go complain to whoever I want. They do not care.   Bottomline is: Avoid at all costs. I am not sure how they are allowed to operate with no spare parts and nasty warranty coverage. I wish I had read the comments here before I bought from them. I have a complaint with NSW Fair Trading now and, I will not buy anything from them in the future.

Wow Factor – I have had 3 vaccums from Godfreys over the years and i have found this new one the best so far. It is eco pet bagless it is quiet which is a huge bonus as the dogs now just walk past it. If you have pets who shed fur this is a great buy i have a dog which malts alot and one that doesnt it picks up all fur and i like how i dont miss any. Show reply

with reference number provided and now they want me to wait and cause inconvenience when it’s Godfrey’s fault for dispatching the item after it was cancelled. Also the manager of the customer service department name [Name Removed] was very rude abrupt and no customer service experience and ability at all and not only that I have called multiple times and requested to speak to the higher manager of [Name Removed] name [Name Removed] who refuse to speak to me and she was informed by her staff to contact me regarding my complaint but never received any call back whatsoever. So what I did is called the following day requesting to speak to Kelly who is [Name Removed] manager but I was informed by the consultant that she is not available to speak to me to discuss with my concern and they will not refund me until they get the goods back which I have already cancelled at 10:30am and what Godfrey did is processed packed and dispatched my order late that afternoon. I will never recommend Godfrey ever and Godfrey needs to train their manager on customer service as they don’t have any quality services and customer service very rude.
