Dear Sir/Madam, I have three residential properties using Origin Energy for both gas and electricity, all three within the post code 3163 my current plans are said to be 4% under the govt base. I pay quarterly and have an excellent record Can you offer me a better deal ? Regards, Tony

Does GoSwitch manage the switch the itself, or do they put you in contact with the energy company you choose and you then manage the switch?
Hi Sean, we work with the energy retailer we recommended to arrange the switch. You should receive your plan confirmation pack within 3-5 business days confirming the switch is taking place. Make sure you also check your junk folder for this information. Cheers, GoSwitch
