charge $260 (they were here less than 50 minutes). My bathroom still had hair all over it, the carpet was not vaccumed properly and there was dust still present...God knows what they did! There was water droplets all over my carpet EVERYWHERE, not just one area. One of the workers smoked and brought the smell in with him....horrible and unprofessional service.

Unprofessional and unsafe – I booked them to clean my house weekly as I have a broken leg and shoulder. First time they were late, second time they were hours early, third time they didn’t show up. I had no way of going to the toilet and had to wait for my partner to get home to put it back together again. I was right there in the bedroom while they were cleaning but they didn’t tell me they’d broken it.

Very Impressed – Was very happy with the service they provided, especially at such an affordable price. They were very professional and punctual. It was a breeze communicating what I needed them to do. Would definitely recommend!

dogs so on these days I was taking my dog over to my parents house and then tidying up for them with toddler in tow all for no one to arrive TWICE. Extremely disappointed, I really gave them the benefit of the doubt. 100% would not recommend this service.

Waste of money and time – Very hard to communicate with from the beginning. Paid $350 for a clean I had to re-clean myself, as the inside of the cupboards had not been wiped and still had sticky stuff on them. This made my move very stressful as I had to clean the place myself on my moving day, while also looking after my baby. Would not recommend.

upholstery and mattress clean was canceled last minute in the day requiring me to take another day off. The night before the second booking, I messaged to confirm as didn'y trust them. At 8pm I got a text saying their machine was broken, Enough said! Its now 9.38am and my appt is for 10am and no call, apology or anything from them.

Below expectation service – Booked a one off clean - 2 people for 2 - 2.5 hours. Turned up 1.5 hours early so sent away. Second time I booked they sent two people who were late and didn't even clean the bath! Lots of other jobs left not done and they only stayed 1.5 hours. Do not use this company. Their website differs from their service.

Great service and would reccommend – I had Green Clean Australia come over for a clean up for my end of lease property rental. They did a fantastic job and were punctual. The cleaning was excellent and I would recommend to my friends and family. Affordable too!

On time, efficient and great clean – I asked for these guys to do a general sping clean and they went over and above. Friendly and very thorough. Skirting boards clean, dirty fingerprints on the walls gone and I could see through the glass on my shower screen again. My place smells great and I was happy it had all been done without harsh chemicals.

Wish I read the reviews first... No show – Same as everyone else.. Waited at home 3 hours calling and they do not answer their phone... Worse they called an hour prior to appt to confirm address and still didn't show.. What is wrong with this company?

Absolutely atrocious!!! – End of lease clean. After at least 20 phone calls finally got them to pick up keys 5 days later than they were suppose to with promise of clean the next day. They didn't do it and then promised to do it today. They didn't! No response to phone calls or text messages! They still have the keys! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst ever – My tenant booked for the company to do the cleaning. Took them 3 days to get the key. No show on the first occasion. Tenant contacted them again, again no show in the second occassion. I ended up getting another company to do the cleaning job. Called them up to get my key back, left 10 messages, no reply. If there is negative star to give, this company deserves one.

Shocking! – Need negative stars for these guys, Didnt show up to the estimate appointment, then didnt turn up to the appointment to do the work. anyway based on the 'green cleaning' principles. When I returned home I cried. The place looked worse than when I had left it. It wasn't terrible to start with but I admit, it needed a spring clean. The wooden floors weren't mopped, the skirting boards weren't dusted, the oven wasn't cleaned (I paid extra for that) it wasn't even wiped, the shower screen wasn't scrubbed, my picture frames weren't dusted (there's only 6), the kitchen cupboards weren't wiped down, my couch wasn't even 'fluffed' - I mean the cushions weren't even pushed in, a spiderweb from the bedroom wasn't removed, the mould on the bathroom ceiling wasn't even attempted (actually they didn't even bring a ladder). The list goes on! I have pictures.

Anyway, I called a few times to complain and the owner [name removed] assured me it wasn't company policy and there's a checklist they follow etc etc. He offered a re clean and I explicitly asked that the same team not be sent around to my flat. After stuffing me around for a few days it turns out that same team was the only one available and I was told it was them or nothing. All I can say is at least they showed up. I pointed out everything that was wrong and I told them to forget about the shower and bathroom ceiling - I did them myself.

This time I stayed home. What a farce it was. Zero communication between the cleaners. I saw one of them wipe the mirrored wardrobe and walked into the bedroom and the streaks she left made it look worse than dust.

Never again. I can't believe I paid for that service. The stress of this happening again has made me reluctant to hire a cleaner. Actually I appreciated that they bothered to come back to rectify things but after a half hour of 'cleaning' it was still a terrible job.

that they didn't answer their phone either. It is so frustrating because we had to take all the furniture out of the room, on top of that we really wanted to get it done before our baby was due. If they only would have called us to let us know, so we could have tried to book in a different company.

Agree with all the others – I have never experienced worse customer service. They refuse to take my calls or call me back even though I have decided to report the matter to Fair Trading.
