We signed up a 'turn-key' package for our Investment property. I must say the standard inclusions were super impressive and exceeded our expectation.

Apart from a lenghty delay with pre-construction work, the rest of the journey was fairly smooth given the circumstances. The build was completed by 3D Constructions. My supervisior and builder Danny Velvevski and Natasha were amaizing and provided us regular updates. Danny's attention to detail is second to none. We are super impressed with the workmanship of the trades engaged and extremely happy to see the final result.

nice? All their clients are displaced with no outcomes so don't stress. If you treasure you mental health do not sign with H&L or their building associate Escape Homes because you will regret it and they will take the joy out the process.

Avoid using this company! – Please avoid this company, when things go wrong with the builders they are no where to be seen. I signed a contract with them in May 2021, build time was supposed to be 260 days. Obviously with COVID you would expect delays but this is extreme. say I have not heard from anyone at H & L Victoria for months. No where to be seen while their customers are being bullied by the builders. If your looking for great customer service, look elsewhere. H & L Victoria provide no customer service. Worst service I’ve ever received, avoid this company and their builders, escape homes. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the nightmare I’ve been going through for the last 18 months.

H & L will no longer speak to us in regards to the ongoing delays and handballed us to the builder, Escape Homes, who are well named as they only give vague and often wrong updates, and should be avoided at all cost.

We had a fantastic experience with H&L Victoria. The team (Peter and Amy) provided great service throughout the project, resolving any issues including minor with utmost professionalism.
