company from 9.00am. I waited for 20 minutes with no response. As this appear to be the only way to contact this company, do not waste your time on their "chat line". An hour later they had the temerity to send an email asking how useful/helpful their "chat line" was.

Suggest, this company needs to arrange for customers to be able to obtain information on their products e.g a Customer Service department manned by REAL employees plus have a "chat line" that works!!!!! Very disappointing and a waste of time if you require information.

Do not under any circumstances order from the online store. They take weeks to pack an express order. Will not talk to you or respond to any emails. Only an AI robot on chat that says sorry your frustrated just wait for an email when we are ready to send the products!!!!! Absolutely zero stars. Do not use this company

They have refused to publish my negative review about a particular shampoo & conditioner even though I simply stated that it didn't meet its claims of repairing hair. I didn't swear etc. It seems to me that Hair house doesn't want to admit that some of its products are poor.

I brought 3800 Eco Friendly Ceramic & Ionic 2100W Hair Dryer - Red × 1. Had previously the same hairdryer but unfortunately the lead split , but I had it for over 11years so it lasted a long time.Highly recommend hairhouse products and very fast delivery service.

Warning:they are scammers. Bought a hair dryer online and used it once and it was low quality bad product. I emailed them to return it and refund,they said no we don’t return used items. I said how can I know if it’s working or not unless I use it. They said matter is closed. Terrible – Ordered over $70 of product for Christmas in November and didn’t arrive. Courier service claim they delivered parcel in safe place yet was not delivered. Can not contact the courier company and Hairhouse won’t refund the money or help with a refund. Customer service has been limited unhelpful and very slow. Hairhouse ignoring my messages. Would not recommend or buy from here again.

myself but it was awful. The hairdryer costs $207 and my $40 hairdryer from Big W is so much better. I would recommend staying away from Hairhouse Warehouse. I would recommend Adore Beauty and Salon Warehouse.

Beyond poor – Incredibly poor service (ie, complete lack). I bought some conditioner and for some ridiculous reason it was sent by Australia's worst couriers instead of AusPost. I still haven't received it heading into week 4, and there have been zero responses aside from one a couple of weeks ago that said they'd look into it. I can't contact the courier because there is no further information beyond a bot. I will never, ever use this business again.

Terrible – Do not even bother ordering online from them.. despite many complaints they are still using the same dodgy courier service. If they actually wanted to rectify any of these issues they would have changed the courier service they use, but they haven't. Absolute joke! Stealing money from parcels being returned and not refunding customers.

the lids. I naively threw away the packaging before taking photos as evidence as I assumed this was their attempt at eco friendly packaging. Bottles were covered in dirt and there were no safety seals on anything I purchased. I don't know what goes on in their warehouses, but beware because you won't be getting what you pay for!

I write back showing them a screen shot of the gift pack and the email bounced back like they blocked my email address! Not only was the hair dryer $50 MORE than any other site online, but clearly they do not honour promotions! I will NEVER use them again!

picked up the package this morning ... I'm sure Australia Post work "persons" find it easier, later in the day, to just dump it all at the Post Office! Not happy with their efforts at all.
